Had a wonderful stay here! The accommodation has an amazing view, a lovely relaxing scent throughout the place, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything felt cozy, clean, and peaceful.

The sun sweet house exceeded my expectations! The hosts are attentive and welcoming. The included breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious food that can accommodate many different diets.

Excellent IHG-member hotel on the west side of Chiayi. Easily accessible via taxis/Ubers. Staff is friendly, check in is easy, rooms are comfortable.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Very friendly, helpful and kind staffs. They will walk forward to assist when seeing my wheelchair bounded wife. They rooms and amenities are exactly like photos.

Stayed here for one night and was recommended by my tour driver. The hotel looks new from the outside and is located just beside a night market street. Area is bustling and busy which is good.

Our stay at Sunrise 23.5 in Shizhou was nothing short of magical; it truly feels like a slice of heaven tucked away in the mountains.

Had a pleasant experience overall. It’s a basic, no-frills bed and breakfast, The room has simple furnishings, nothing luxurious, but enough for a comfortable rest.

The facilities for children many but the space is not for adults using. The food is nice, especially the douhwa.

Had such a blast spent one week in this hotel. Been traveling the whole Taiwan, Cozzi Blu in Taoyuan and Hsin Hotel in Chaiyi city are our favorite.

Beautiful space, though rooms could have used a little more items to hang stuff off! Room may be squeezy if you're a group of 4 (travelled in a group of 3 and felt we had just enough room).

The place was very well maintained, cozy and comfortable. The host was super friendly and nice.

The house is really pretty, and the view is wonderful. To see the sunrise, you have to wake up early, but it is worth it. There is great hospitality, plus the room is clean and well kept.

High Quality Hotel directly across street from Southern Branch of National Palace Museum. Also close to sugar factory/ tourist train and bike path to the sea.

Great hotel, clean … room is very good and big. Close to 7/11. Variety breakfast and lots of choice. But the location is a little bit far from most visitors need.

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the Chiayi TRA station.
The hotel is quite old but the room was spacious and comfortable. Our room even had a balcony where you csn watch the sunrise.

Doors are not automatic and there are steps unfortunately at the hotel entrance, so not super accessible.

I spent my birthday here with my friend 💕, its was the best time we had there, as it was a week day, the hotel was kind of empty, but the service was really good and hospitality was excellent 👌.

Our room had a scenic view facing the golf course and cityscape. Room has ample space and equipped with sound system but TV is not working as it should be. Free snack bar!

The best value for money and good service hotel in Chiayi.

Very clean, good price, great breakfast! The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, because the toilet didn’t work properly and the shower handle leaking.

Excellent location. A stone throw away from train/bus stations, 7-11 and the local shops.

Very lovely comfortable hotel indeed, right in the center of fenchichu 老街. Stayed in a western room in the 2nd wing, and whilst room is sparse, loved the wooden floor and how clean it is. The

Stayed a couple of nights here whilst on a cycle tour, we were able to keep our bikes safely in the reception area.
The hotel furniture although dated is perfectly okay.

Stayed for 2 nights in the Premier Suite with my husband to celebrate my birthday.

This is the only star-rated hotel I’ve stayed in that is tucked so deep in the remote mountains, yet still maintains such a high standard of service and facilities.

Expensive but definitely worth it. There’s a shuttle that takes you to the hotel from the village nearby. They offer a sunset viewing platform and complimentary drinks in the mini fridge in the room.

Good hotel at great location. The staffs are friendly and room is clean. Guard doggies are adorable.

To get to budai you take hrt to Chiayi and take a bus or taxi 30mins. It's a small quiet harbor town with alot of seafood oysters etc. The service at the hotel was fine, rooms are also okay.

Impressed the good services, comfort hotel in small city. Draft beer and all you can have breakfast are also a big plus.

The rooms were top shelf (modern, new, and clean). The breakfast buffet was massive and had an abundance of Chinese food. This felt like a 5-star hotel.

We are staying at the biggest room in this hotel for 2 nights. It was the best experience that we ever had in Taiwan. The rooms is so spacious yet clean with the complete facilities.

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes walk from the Chiayi train station. Also very close to the shuttle bus stop for the HSR station.
Reasonably priced, clean and convenient locations for 7-11 etc.

We really appreciate the family room size. My mom also had a spacious double room. Convenient location. Nice soaps, fridge, elevated space for our items.
