I recently completed a 9-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich with my delegation, and it exceeded all expectations.

During my stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Zurich, I received truly outstanding service from the staff.

The hotel is in a prime location situated a short walking distance from the main station and Lake Zurich.

I booked a last minute stay at Central Plaza Zurich & it was wonderful. Great location, basically, right across the street from the train station so, it’s ideal for travelers, like myself.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Helmhaus on 9/28-9/30/25. The hotel is FABULOUS and the employees were absolutely wonderful and kind.

Our first trip to Zurich was a decade ago and we stayed at Hotel Helmhaus. It gave us such a lasting great experience that we returned once again! We stayed 5 nights broken into 2 stays.

The hotel and location was great, the staff were wonderful. The rooms are big enough as we have a triple room but it is quite spacious.

We stayed in November for 3 days. The front desk was kind and, since our room was ready, we were able to check in a couple hours early.

Very happy with our stay in this hotel! Rooms were clean, well heated and nicely furnished. Friendly and efficient staff.

Stayed for 2 nights, we had 2 rooms as my wife and I traveled with a friend to Zurich for the Christmas markets. Hotel is very centrally located, excellent for exploring Zurich.

This place was beautifully central in the old town right near a square and a bunch of restaurants. The people were really friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel for our last few days in Switzerland. Our trip started with a few days of skiing, and unfortunately I ended up with a broken shoulder.

The hotel is a very quaint boutique style. It’s in a perfect location as a 5 minute walk from Zurich’s main railway station. Very clean with excellent staff who can all speak English.

Yes! Recommend! This is a 4 star hotel but has the service of a 5! I love the minimalism vibe with the perky messages. My TV had a personalized welcome message. Cheesy and easy to make?

Simple but comfortable. Rooms on the 5th floor are a bit smaller so I recommend 4th and lower (main building).

We stayed in October 2025 and it has been a pleasant experience. Location is everything. Walkable distance to the famous landmark of Zurich.

Straight out of the station to the front of the hotel. Staff took over our luggage and while checking in we were offered wine or orange juice. Staff were incredible and professional.

Great little guest house just around the corner from its larger sister Hotel Alexander.

Rooms are really small you might just hardly fit in unless you're traveling solo. But the reception desk team is the real hero. Amazing hospitality and they will cater to your requirements.

My wife and I stayed her for 5 nights. Our room was ready early which was great after a long flight from the US. Hotel very clean, bed very comfortable and clean.
