Very neat and clean, and perfect location close to the railway station. The single room was small but very functional. The only issue was the slightly slow Wi-Fi. Friendly staff and service!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Helmhaus on 9/28-9/30/25. The hotel is FABULOUS and the employees were absolutely wonderful and kind.

Our first trip to Zurich was a decade ago and we stayed at Hotel Helmhaus. It gave us such a lasting great experience that we returned once again! We stayed 5 nights broken into 2 stays.

My family and I were fortunate enough to stay at Hotel Platzhirsh during a recent trip to Central Europe. We were only in town for a night, regrettably, because this place really was phenomenal.

This place was beautifully central in the old town right near a square and a bunch of restaurants. The people were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a very quaint boutique style. It’s in a perfect location as a 5 minute walk from Zurich’s main railway station. Very clean with excellent staff who can all speak English.

First of all I would like to thank the employees of the Townhouse hotel for the highest level of professionalism and dedication. Everything I had asked for was fulfilled, the service was outstanding.

Location is great, really close to public transport stops. Service was THE BEST, I’ve stayed in so many hotels and everyone here was so ready to help it made my day!

The hotel staff provided excellent service. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets and duvet cover were also spotless and hygienic.

Long weekend in Zurich to visit the Lindt chocolate factory started with our check in at the Alma hotel. Greeted by very pleasant staff and offered complimentary homemade tea and ice cream.

Great hotel, location is amazing with easy access to town center with the tram and within walking distance too.

The Hotel Seegarten is a wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast.

Had a fabulous stay, the staff was all very lovely and accommodating and gave so much help and assistance.

We went there for drinks. Lovely place, great drinks and super lovely service — especially the girl called Vivienne — she was super attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty.

Spacious rooms. A bit noisy outside and echoing corridors. Food is poor, you'd rather eat out inc. Coffee. Has elevator.

Very Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Design was unique and simple. Self-serve check in and out process. Service wasn’t superb, but satisfactory enough to get the job done.

Cool, minimalist hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. If you're looking for something that's away from the tourist/commercial fray — but easily accessible by tram — this is your place.

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 303 to visit the Christmas Markets.

We stayed in early December during our Christmas market tour (Zurich has several very good markets). We really like the hotel. The front desk staff are outstanding, professional and helpful.

My staying at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel was magnificent. Although the condition of my room has to be improved, the location of the hotel, as well as the value for money is amazing for Zurich.

Small, but very beautiful place. Amazing attention to detail. No air-conditioning, don't expect that. But was here in Summer and it was fine. Coffee machine at the room.

Good location near the airport. Nice, big room with dual aspect, even a balcony I didn't use for an only overnight stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

This is a lovely small hotel with a wonderful staff. The room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable.
