Very cozy little hotel in the middle of the old inner city. Prices are reasonable. Rooms small but clean. Staff great, breakfast included and served in the lovely little bar of the hotel. Nice!
Lovelly cozy place in the old town of Bern. I only stayed one night, had no problems. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Absolute recommendation when staying in Bern
— Very friendly and very helpful staff, always helpful in any matter
— Room was very clean & comfort equipped, we were very surprised — — > much nicer than in the photos :-)
— Location absolutely perfect! Central in the city center, top restaurants right "on the doorstep", very close to beautiful viewpoints such as the famous Bärengraben
— Parking in the town hall car park within walking distance (exit ticket easy to buy on site), for unloading there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel
Conclusion: With this hotel you can do nothing wrong, can not understand some reviews, there was nothing wrong here, on the contrary, we were positively surprised and felt very comfortable here.
