Very cozy hotel with a great breakfast. Hotel room came with a fan and water heater which was very nice.

Superb location, right next to Interlaken West station. Breakfast spread is excellent. The Swiss cheeses and cold cuts were classic. The beds and bathrooms are small. Especially, the shower. But, we loved it. My wife pointed out that these bathrooms were cruise size! Thomas at the reception was great help. Very direct, very precise.

It's clean and well maintained, but not new/modern/updated. Staff is friendly and helpful. If decor and amenities aren't a priority, this is a good choice.

The room is very large, but the noise effect is not very good, the room staff service is very good, the room has the kettle, very convenient, although the bathroom is the shower equipment, but the shower is very comfortable! You can do without a bath! The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was very good.

Nice clean and simple rooms at a good price in an excellent location. The reception was super friendly who helped us with all our newbie tourist queries. Totally recommendable.

Very well placed on main shopping/happening street with beautiful views. Hotel serves god breakfast as well. Bus station and train station are minutes walk. Very helpful staff. Don't be surprised if you don't find AC in the room :)

So well located. The room was simple, but clean and with balcony. The best of all, the kindness of the staff.

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel during August 2017. This hotel is located very close to the Interlaken West train station. This is a very safe hotel to stay. The location of the hotle is in a calm place. Mr. Thomas in the front desk a very senior person is very knowledgable and kind. He guided us to some very good tourist places and we loved it thoroughly. The room and toilet are clean and hygeine. We thank the entire staff of the hotel for their kind services.

This is one of the better hotels in the area overall most of the hotels are at the same level or below its clean there is free breakfast which is okay it is close to the transportation bus and centrally located in Interlaken the staff is very helpful there is a bicycle rental nearby shops and grocery stores this is a good place to stay for families and adults. Nearby there are trails for walking and cycling. The best thing about this hotel is that it is Central to many attractions and activities nearby.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was somewhat small, by US standards, but clean, comfortable, and contained all the necessary items. The housekeeping staff even made an unsolicited stop to bring extra cups!

The reception helped a lot with the travel route and weather forecast. The bed in single room is a little too short, room is not big and has no fridge.

Too expensive for a room with no air conditioning and on the first floor just some meters over the main road. Too crowded! only it's position is worthy.

In our short trip to the land of alps this was easily the best place we stayed. Be it the facilities offered, cleanliness, Quality of breakfast, Location, View from balcony. Etc. This was the best. Recommended for all tourists going to interlaken.
