We stayed here during our trip through Switzerland and what a super place it is, the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, we were upgraded to a suite as we were on "Minimoon". Every thing was great, super clean and at night you could hear nothing, breakfast is very good too with a great selection of hot and cold food, would definitely recommend.

Bad breakfast… front rooms r good but back never to take. Lots of noise in the room from upper rooms. Even if a person is simply walking u can hear it in ur room.

The location is perfact and staff very helpfull.

A really nice room overlooking the city. Clean. Great staff, a nice breakfast, lunch, dinner. Watched the World Cup final in the bar. Good crowd. Real people. No frills. Will definitely come back here.

We had dinner at the restaurant, wanted to try the famous Swiss specialties of Fondue and Rosti and they had vegetarian options. Service was quite slow but the items we ordered tasted good. The portions of Fondue was quite large for one person and no sharing was allowed. That was the only put off because we had to either order one more dish or pay extra to split the Fondue.

Krebs is one of the best experiences on your trip to Interlaken. It being close to the rail station saves plenty of your time and energy if you are looking forward to move around in the Swiss rails. A good set if staffs, the concierge cooperates with you. Food is excellent.

Had a nice five night stay here. I arrived at 11:00 AM by train and was able to check in early, which I appreciated tremendously. The desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, rice, beans, smoke fish, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice, etc. The fresh breads were particularly good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff are so friendly and helpful here. They greeted us every morning we came downstairs, and when we came back from being out for the day. Interlaken was one of my husbands and mines stop for our honeymoon and I am so happy we chose the stay here!

Very nice restaurant, friendly staff, BUT… I asked if they have any gluten free food, the waitress kindly asked the chef and I got told I can get a gluten free meal. I received the meal, which was chicken with sauce. Next to it was a pile of cous cous which isn’t gluten free. I moved it to the side and ate the chicken and rice on its own. Despite being told that this was a gluten free meal I was very sick after I got back to Basel and I had no other meal or drink to make me sick. Very unhappy about this.

Service in the restaurant is not the hotel standard.

Location from BHF 4 minutes walk, parking available. Food is upscale cuisine. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. Old, charming interior.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking for a fee of CHF 15.

We stopped to eat a cheese fondue in the instance of excellent on a terrace in nice is not too noisy. The waitress we was very badly received of the fact that I speak little German despite that it's enough to make me understand. I find it incredible that you find translation into chinese and Arabic but not in French which is a language national.

This review is only for the restaurant. Very well located at the centre of interlaken. Offers good options at reasonable price according to Swiss standard.

Had a lunch there. Service of very poor quality. Waitress got our order wrong. (language barrier, some do not even speak German). Part of our order was brought and then seconds later ripped out of our hands and given to the neighbour table. Because they had the same salad and fondue. Some time later they took french fries from the same neighbour table and brought them for our daughter. Yes, I did order fries, but not being served this way! While working on one tourist class, they forgot that there are still other tourists visiting this city. Those other tourists might happen to have some knowledge about gastronomy and they do care about how and what they are being served. Very disappointing the whole situation.

Perfect Fondue… A good place to have your dinner as well… Very accesible. Mid market… Not so pricy… Better have reservation and then go.

The hotel does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. The staff is not friendly. They are rude with the customers. The rooms are below average; plus it has been noted that 500 Franks will have to be paid if it wasn't left tidy. The breakfast selection is very limited too.

Whenever I'm in Interlaken I sat down on the terrace or in the restaurant and just enjoy it. I've never slept in the hotel… but it's on my list.

Horrible place, staff was not friendly and got an attitude when conversing with you. House keeping job is poor, they don't change the bed sheets. Sheet already smelled like sweat when we got there since the place does not have an Air-conditioning. Building is really old so is the furniture. Finally over priced and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The food as a whole was lovely, however the chicken was raw and the customer service suffered after that.

The room was comfortable and large enough for all our luggage. A plus was the bath which was really relaxing agter a hard day sightseeing. It is centrally located close to a large supermarket and transport and surrounded by places to eat. The front office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. On the downside, the air conditioning didn't work and the fam was of little use on 27deg days with high humidity. The complimentary mineral water was nice but once it was gone (The first day) it was not replaced. Breakfast provided a reasonable variety of choice and the laundry was efficient if a little expensive by comparison with other motels in which we have stayed in Switzerland.

Drank coffee here and were served very friendly.

Was only in the restaurant area, the selection is small! The location would be great but unfortunately the service is under all sow! We had to go in several times so we could order and then we had to ask several times after the operation so we could pay! Ridiculous such a waitress!

Always enjoy it in the rest. /Café Krebs to drink a coffee, tea, beer or wine during my visits to Interlaken. Friendly staff, great and diverse glasses and cups as well as being able to sit outside in summer and marvel at the Bahnhofstrasse as well as tourists.

Great price for the area. The breakfast is amazing, especially for being free. The rooms are modern and well kept, and the view of the rooms we had was gorgeous. Definitely staying again next time we are in Interlaken.

Super hotel, highly recommended.
We were in February there. There was a good atmosphere in the hotel, the staff was friendly, the food tasted very good :-) us Rooms are tidy and with good special.

Hotel is nice, but you have to pay for the parking. And internet validation for 24 hrs. No free k late check out.
