Very friendly staff. Hotel just 5 minutes walk from promenade. Provides good Italian food on half board. Wifi very slow or bad — better at night. Provides a comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
Our family loved this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is great. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The lake is right behind the hotel. If we ever go back to Lugano, we will surely go back to Hotel Colorado. It was a home away from home. Thank you so much!
