We were really surprised by the set up, the food, the wine selections, the service, the owner! For sure one of the best in the French part of Switzerland.

Place to visit, kind of gastronomic journey to fairytale land. Incredible dishes, delicious meat (signature), great staff. As I understood, it's a family busines and they run it well. I was impressed. Highly recommend.

Stayed here 3 nights. Great location, very friendly staff, room was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast is OK, standard Swiss fare. The restaurant serves very good food, best to reserve in advance.

Beautiful, cozy patio. Meal was superb. Out waiter was very nice but he could have used more help! Would definitely go back. We went with Swiss friends who also introduced us to the owner of the hotel who was very accommodating. Love!

My family and I have enjoyed eating here on a number of occasions — friendly staff, great location and good food.

I would like to share with you the behavior execrable of the staff of the café of the grapes which have venues for concerts in the framework of the festival : we went to see a concert on Friday at around 21:30, and 2 as soon as our friends have grown out, because had glasses almost empty besides the festival of Cully subject to deposit elsewhere. I pointed out this and we replied that they are not part of the festival, and who reserve the right to refuse people, I would like to emphasize that the room was almost empty (not surprising given their attitude) while the others were full and we were dressed better than the average (long dress girls, pants shirt suits men and that we all have between 30 and 45 years). It is thus necessary to know whether or not they are part of the festival, and in this case, to withdraw from the program or that then there are to follow the roles as the other! Thank you!

I am a retired airline pilot having spent 43 years flying around the globe and living in hotels. I have lived in hotels about 20 years of my life.
This hotel is truly welcoming and excellent from every perspective. The staff are friendly, welcoming and so professional. The room was most comfortable and the restaurant mouth wateringly superb. We will stay here again, definitely! :)

In pre-entry, we took a tartare of whitefish… compact, not light, not interesting (the title pleased yet and without being an expert, I saw him cut with a knife, with a seasoning, light just what it takes) for the rest, the plates are well Served at the level of quantity, hard to get to the end, but it lacked salt (not on the table), in short, good, but without more superb discovery, celery sorbet, really a slaughter:)

What a beautiful and warm place, a decor that has cachet but that remains very well renovated. The Food and service there was just excellent. I was able as part of a private party listened to a piece of music in the cellar in the basement, it's really a unique place, one feels in another universe. For the restaurant, the main room is beautiful and if you are having a banquet or other, the room on the first floor also has a sunny terrace, very nice to sunbathe and air after a succulent meal. The establishment remains quite "staid" but you feel comfortable, it stays warm and friendly.

The dish of the midday day is excellent. Although the restaurant is "gastro", at midday it is very accessible with a worked dish and a top service. The place is a bit ' loaded ' from a deco point of view.

Lovely environment & excellent food.

Unbelievably beautiful. It doesn't overlook the water but, instead the little town square which is beautiful. The rooms were surprisingly large and well appointed for the price (we got one for 125 CHF a night). There is a small caveux (wine cellar) around the corner and walking up into the vineyards is a fantastic idea. An evening walk up the ridge north of the town winds through vineyards and the sunset is amazing. The staff were phenomenal. We actually didn't eat in the restaurant but heard really good things. From here it is an easy walk to the train and a short ride to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux, and Chateau de Chillon.

Positive: This classic old world hotel minus the stuffiness is an absolute gem. The personnel make you feel at home the minute you walk in. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the mattresses are very comfortable. Parking nearby is limited, but not impossible. The lift is minuscule, but the personnel helped us with our luggage. The restaurant was a gourmet experience. We loved the breakfast, even though it was only bread butter and jam.
