Located in the northern sector of the EPFL campus, the Congress Centre is a new symbol and a reference point in the landscape.
The photovoltaic window, which covers the more than 300 square meters of the west façade of the SwissTech Convention Center, represents the first architectural integration of its type of technology.
The central structure, in the form of a catamaran, is made up of two large three-dimensional metal girders resting on two reinforced concrete cores located in the centre and north of the building. The covering of the natural anodized aluminium cover contrasts with the most intimate and refined character of the interior finishes in wood.

Superb building, conference room more than comfortable and technology at the top, only small downside, in case of high attendance (promotions) the parking is very small and quite expensive, can be review the organization with the people who takes care of promotions for go and have people elsewhere, or book some of the places along the road for this kind of event…
For pedestrians very well located thanks to the M1!

Not enough parking spaces and the parking lot of the Migros next door is far too expensive especially when you come to participate in the delivery of your CFC.

It is very close to the metro and perfect if you have meetings at the EPFL. The building is new, so the rooms are nice. The receptionist are kind.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel forniture is pretty basic, but the beds are good. Prices are high. Good place to stay if you have business to do at EPFL. Wouldn't reccomend it of you want to visit the city.

The center is spaceous and full of light, with modern equipment. Well designed to avoid over crowding in cafeterias and wc.

Very efgicient and modern. Perhaps TOO efficient — coffee is not allowed to be served until the exact minute of the officisl coffee break. Catering variable. Mear dishes heavy and salty. Vegetables boiled to death. Sone good dishes between those disappointments. Nice cakes. Very efficient cloakroom.

As stated! Basic comfort, a basic room with all you would need. The rate exclude a tax per day, this tax include a pass to the public transport which is great since you can explore the city.

Low cost hotel that satisfies your basic needs. The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable with modern furniture.

It's difficult to find the entrance but, once found, everything is excellent from the service to the food.

I stayed at this hotel: wonderful with reasonable price.

Horribly difficult to find the entrance. They are not allowed to advertise their name in that complex, the concierge said (hey, just upload a photo of the entrance right here to make it recognizable). Price for the room is fair enough, the room was new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a very bad joke, it was less than standard-continental breakfast with just half of a dry baguette and some jam. Ridiculous. Final shock: the parking cost ~40 chf per night, this is not acceptable for hotel guests!

Small rooms for a location so far from the city.

The information you are not find the in the Internet on the Hotel on their website is correct! The Hotel and the car Park is around 10-15 minutes away from each other. To achieve the same building but just. Then is written on the side of the hotel that the Parking is paid. That is not true, the Parking costs Extra CHF 20 — 30. — in addition, per NIGHT! So if you come with the car, it has some of the cheaper in the area. The rooms are okey, if you try not to sleep straight on the railway line. Conclusion: price — performance and Service.
