If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough, had a comfortable bed and great bathroom however we had a view of a huge amount of industrial piping as the view over the lake was on the other side of the hotel. The food and drink was nice but expensive.

Location The train station is nearby. The lake in the Windows. Fountain on site:)
Minus one star for the strange attitude towards placing children. You probably will try to sell the number of another price category, if you are with a child, albeit with seven.
Minus the second star for the hefty and sometimes heartbreaking depreciation of the room stock. Upholstery of doors and wall panels in rooms obsharpana. Mirrors with cracks. The furniture is worn and bears traces of organic interventions of former guests.
Summarize. No need to argue with the hotel and look for the truth. Just take extra taxes as an opportunity to support the number fund!

Beautiful Hotel, fantastic rooms and amazing atmosphere (practically in front of the Geneva lake). In addition, the staff is always kind and the service is fantastic as well!

Very well placed on the shores of Lake Geneva, this luxurious hotel offers a well-appointed meeting and conference space with modern audio/video equipment.
In the last event I attended, the space was well separated between the main hall, the exhibiting/networking area and the private interview room.

This hotel is truly special. The staff can't be more helpful even if they tried and the rooms are spectular! The bar has a brilliant wine menu and the food is delicious. Whilst this place just cheap and the quality of service and venue are worth the price.

Excellent hotel, fantastic service. I stayed in one of the business rooms — was a relatively small bedroom vs the size of the huge bathroom, which was almost as big. L'OCCITANE toiletries in the shower etc. The bar was excellent, but cocktails on the expensive side at chf26 each. I would definitely recommend overall.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel! The cleanliness is not at all the forte of this hotel (room and restaurant). Furthermore the furniture is either damaged or dirty. Most of the employees (including the concierge! ) do not know Geneva in general and/or the surroundings of the hotel. No comparison with the other Geneva 5-star hotels I've visited.

Very good except the first floor rooms that overlooks the air conditioning facilities.

The garden: A good chef and a service a little distracted. The signature dessert (apricot of Valais) is excellent. As well as the Cahors La Fage, very good value for money in a wine list far too expensive compared to the prices of the dishes that remain correct for a 5 star hotel.
As expected, the portions are quite small.

The location is excellent. It is right in front of the lake and walking distance from the train station. The service is excellent; very attentive, helpful, and available when needed. The room was fairly spacious with great blinds and quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room and bathroom felt a bit dated. The only complaint I can think of is the price, but for the location it is somewhat justified.

An entrance to the top but the rest of the dishes quite banal. Invited by an organization, the service was nice but a little long between the dishes. On the other hand the plates were quickly (too) cleared. I'm full of the servers that have cavalry in the long hallways between the kitchen and the reception room.

A hotel of great category and excellent facilities, a great buffet morning, great view and excellent location, quite quiet and comfortable, excellent service and services.
