Great location, friendly staff and very good restaurant serving on the second floor delicious breakfast lunch or dinner. For a terrace place with a view :) you need advanced reservation as it’s very popular.

Great view of the jet d'eau. Nice and friendly staff. I was there to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the staff was nice enough to put a spaekling candle on a dessert.

Great location. Very nice atmosphere, excellent service.

A steak fries and a beer 60chf, nothing justifies this price, we waited 30 minutes to have it while we were 6 people in the room, the meat was tender but it had been boiled and not fried or has plancha, and no seasoning, the salad like, no seasoning, and the fries in my opinion it was frozen, I repeat for a 5 star hotel in Geneva, very disappointed with the value for money.

Location was great room beautiful and comfortable room service nice lobby restaurants very good car parking easy in hotel but 2 I'm not happy with the reception staff not smiling and really bad and the concierge not helping at all.

The hotel itself is in a good location, good views from the balcony. The staff needs to be bit more friendly and learn to exchange smile.

Only had happy hour and dinner there. Both were fabulous. Service, food, drinks and the view and the vibe were great. Service was slow in the happy hour garden area but that's par for Europe. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Our entire stay here was amazing and memorable. Make sure to take advantage of the concierge service downstairs — every recommendation they gave us was perfect. The breakfast is also really excellent.

Famous Five-Star brand hotel, service quality has a guarantee, staff hospitality, greeting thoughtful, rooms are spacious, although the facilities are a bit old, hotel prices are also expensive.
The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, with a variety of fresh juices and cheeses, and it is pleasure to sit in an outdoor seat overlooking the lake and eat a comfortable and rich breakfast. Out of the hotel gate, Geneva's famous attractions are within easy reach. Get up in the morning and walk to the lakeside aisle to stroll through the morning, the weather is good, you can see the beautiful sunrise, the lake has hordes of swans and wild birds frolicking, in the distance can be seen in the continuous Altai Mountains, the scenery is breathtaking.
At sunset, lights, there is another beauty here. Every year in mid-May to attend the World Health Assembly, we will choose this hotel.

It’s a great hotel. It’s very central. In front of jet d’eau. Reservation was quick and fast by the phone. They have nice shops inside the hotel. Everyone was polite and professional Except for the manager at the Italian restaurant who was completely rude and refused for us to sit except at the very last table, although half of the place was empty and I had asked the reception earlier for a reservation and they said I didn’t need any. In summary, would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is awesome and very efficient. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the money. I am looking forward to my return trip and staying again.

We were lucky enough to get an offer into my email before 2 days only before we decided to go to Geneva. I should give it 5 stars actually, but as a poor man looking always at the prices:) The gym and the sauna are great.

From that Switzerland plays in another league to the rest of Europe is a good option for Saturday night. Expensive, very expensive, carisimo, but if you want to party to switzerland, you'll find it in this site. Hotel prestige, prestigious parties, people millionaire and cache is what it offers in its evening parties. Your reception is terrible! Worst hotel I have ever been out of the 50+ countries I have even been! The room’s view is a little window that looks out to the patio that is not even a patio but more of just roofs! It’s like a jail here. The room was very far from the lift! It’s overpriced, not even close to the shopping areas and of all the things I requested, nothing was granted, not even a late checkout! When we arrived at the room, it has no cups for coffee, no pods for the coffee machine. We had to wait for so long for those to arrived. Is this even a 5 Star Hotel? This is the first and last time I will use kempinski! Never again!

I was at the dentist who found it in the gallery of this hotel. I don't like dentists. But this one is to flee. He's taking the customers to the chain. It is not pleasant at all.

Booked in for an afternoon tea as we stopped in Geneva on our way to Val Thorens. The staff is incredibly helpful and have a great eye for details. The tea itself was divine — highly recommend.

I had chosen a great menu (the one at 125. —/pers), then a week before I was told it was changing.
At the time of the tasting, we were served as a main course, a roast instead of a filet mignon of veal. Of course everyone is aware that it has absolutely not the same price…
And yet the menu was always at the same price! And their bottles of wine found at 15-20 fr in the trade and which are a 70-80 fr at them, we understand that it takes a margin for the service etc, but from it to take people for cons…
Otherwise the frame is nice. But the parking is tiny and paying (while we go down to eat and spend already why pay for an extra parking? )

Very peacefull place. I go there to chill and relax. I have always taken friends there and they love it. Real five star with the infastructures that go with it. I recommend it to you all they are children friendly, great food. The view is just waaaaooouuuhhh lake view with the water fountain just at the middle of the lake.

The Kempinski is a treasure in this beautiful city of Geneva. The rich decor of the rooms make it that much more comfortable and relaxing after a full day of exploring this wonderful city. The staff is friendly and helpful as you would expect at a Kempinski Hotel. I look forward to my return.

Great location, restaurants in the building are among the best in Geneva. It is also great to have a Gym, hammam, sauna under one roof. There is an open air swimming pool with a bar as well. Rooms, however, are not impressive — I'd say they are rather 4 star, not 5.

Been at the chinese restaurant here, one of the best in Geneva! The atmosphere was exquisite, the staff was awesome and very pro. The food was simply perfect. We were a big table and had a massive pecking duck. Amazing!

The decor is beautiful, completely clean, and in an amazing location directly across from the lake. My only complaint is that there is no coffee pot in the room, but I believe they have kettles upon request. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It's a fabulous hotel. Five stars for sure!
