Super restaurant! In every way:-) The restaurant was full: Nevertheless, everything went like clockgoing. The staff were very attentive and the food was very good. Since it was Friday (Friday after driveway) we still enjoyed the working day price. Thus, for only 19 francs per person, we had lunch, which would otherwise have cost several times. Very beautiful terrace on the edge of lake Morat. A day with a timid sun this Easter Monday. However, the terrace was packed. So we took our evil in patience, and have not been disappointed. The perch fillets are very well served. Friendly welcome in spite of the world. Place worth the detour. If you like white wine, it is necessary to take the local wine, Vully in Chardonnay or other varietals to choose from. Thanks again to the friendly staff.

Goods yesterday with family members at the restaurant. The restaurant can be recommended. Here everything is right. Price, service, ambience, service, etc.

We ate in the restaurant with friends yesterday. The food — Egli fillets with almonds — accompanied by a fine wine Rosé from the area, was just perfect. Later, in the beautiful garden right on the Lake, we enjoyed still a good dessert. The view on the Lake of Morat and the town of Murten is wonderful and invites to a repeat.

Einfaches aber wunderschönes Fischrestaurant am Murtensee. Umbedingt Eglifilets nach Art des Patrons ausprobieren. Exzellent!

Mr Adrian Roth is right with his experience report: In the "Bel-Air" is just right (almost all) absolutely perfect. For many years, we go very often by the region of Thun extra to Praz and enjoy best "Farhat" there really far and wide, the excellent bottled wines and the pleasant feeling of really being guest. The entire staff is always very friendly despite the always high load, it feels good in the "Bel-Air".
Unfortunately also Mr Walter Gassner is right when he writes that the chef de service "cool" effect (reserved would probably also true). Anyway, we have become accustomed, he greets us most of the time don't even, even after many years and countless visits. Quite the contrary to the whole fantastic, which makes us feel very welcome.
I would find it not fair to put the rating down because of a single person, about the "Bel-Air" receives the full score and the rating "Excellent" from us anyway.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Best perch fillets Meunière Lake throughout the country! Very fair price/performance.
Very pleasant ambience and the staff is very friendly. Recommended for weddings, baptism etc. Billiard room in English style or the great Hall with a beautiful terrace. Easily with the ship of Murten/Morat out be achieved (landing right below the restaurant). Reservation is essential, the best a week in advance. Restaurant is always full.
