Very friendly staff-excellent food — pleasantly discreet and effective current protection measures. Various trombone-perfect location for skiing, cross-country skiing and hiking. A very pleasant atmosphere.

Nice peaceful hotel, pleasant staff, comfortable and included a really useful pass for local services. Only criticism is that the there are no tea making facilities in the room.

Wonderful hotel. Idyllic setting, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Lovely location. Great service. All locations very quiet in June. Still however lots to do in the area. Get hold of a local pass for buses and trains and lifts. Only negative was no kettle/tea and coffee facilities in bedroom.

We couple, were two nights guests. Excellent breakfast, staff very friendly, wellness excellent and location is also o. K.

The décor is old, rather two-three star level. Clean. At breakfast there are no fresh juices, for example. Bread selection rather poor, the cook must be called by the service team every time, for example, an omelette ordered. The staff is partly friendly.

Excellent hotel. Price value is great, service was excellent in the restaurant and reception. Dinner was delicious and much better service than others we tried and prices were lower than others. Double room was also big which helps with all the ski clothing.

Comfortable, reasonable food.

As a sole traveller I have often found that you don't always get good deals BUT at the Silvretta Parkhotel here in Klosters I have been proved wrong. Not only was the single supplement very small at £2 a night but I had a lovely double room with sitting area, full bathroom and a big wrap around balcony that looked down the valley. I was treated as a friend and valued guest made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived everyone speaking excellent English although I did t…ry my limited German out a few times. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good and varied and usually dinner was 4/5 courses every night with themed menus. Althought this was advertised as a family hotel and there were several children here, it was not noisy. Beautiful areas to relax in from the Lounge area with small library and games area to the Piano Bar and Stubli. Great Swimming pool/Jacuzzi/Gym and really good Beauty Parlour. I had two super massages given by Doris, who I have to thank for her information on Honey Massages for Arthritis (which I had and felt better for it). I travelled with Inghams who I have travelled with for more than 25 years and have to thank them for their choice of hotel here in Klosters and their Resort Rep Vanessa who was so helpful and knowledgeable, If you are thinking if booking don't hesitate just book it is great here. I hope to return next summer.

This hotel serves the most delicious selection of food, that you could ever wish for. The rooms at the front look down the river. With pretty houses perched on the sloped valley. The cloud touches the mountain tops, with the snow capped Silvretta mountain range in the distance.

Family run Alpine hotel. Traditional and friendly with good choice of food and handy cntral location.

It's a perfect place to stay for holiday located in the village centre near the charming Klosters. It has the swimming pool and the facilities are really good. Dinners served with delicious foods. The hotel has spectacular view to a beautiful landscape of the mountains nearby.

Very nice hotel, although why they charge for water at dinner but then it is free on the last night is a little puzzling.

Warm friendly hotel. Excellent food and service. However no tea/coffee maker in room as advertised. Also piano bar closed so nowhere comfortable for a pre dinner drink.

We have spent a week at this hotel and felt like a "God in France". The place here would not be sufficient, to describe our enthusiasm for this House: starting with the cheerful and humorous friendliness of the staff. If we expressed wishes, it was procured at lightning speed. So: will be helped immediately a speaking guest. The personal care at the restaurant — was especially by Mr. Schramm, Service Manager — a real "icing". The food was tasty and the dinner buffet was very varied. The use of regional products (such as milk, cheese, meat) made the evening buffet particularly tasty. Perhaps could be a little expanding the supply of nuts and cereals on the breakfast buffet.
Our room was comfortable and sufficiently equipped. Communicated on our request — prior to travel — we were given a very quiet room (No. 300), which however was on the back of the hotel and was a little dark. But the peace and quiet as well as the mattresses guarantee RESTful nights.
The spa was appealing and was used daily by us. The sauna area received a special appeal by the view of the mountains.
Klosters is an excellent starting point for exploring trips and hikes. To do this, we received very good suggestions from the receptionists. The infrastructure is good and covers everything you need during your holiday: a station with very good transport links of all kinds, shopping and banks.
We can only recommend this hotel and will certainly back here a holiday later.

Timing and sequence is a little strange.

Small main dishes but very nice fondue with raclette potatoes, entremets which is pretty cheap.
