By far the best regional barley soup specialty that I've had, as appetizer. The Capuns (also a regional specialty, like cabbage rolls but made with Swiss Chard). These are hunting season special with Elk. The salad is delicious, but I'm going to devour everything in the capuns bowl. For dessert, I just can't resist fresh picked wild huckleberries on Yogurt. Not quite as creative as at the Bundnerstube yesterday. It was really good though, in typical Swiss fashion. Swiss restaurant food is expensive but it is so good… worth it… plan for it. Eat the big inclusive breakfast at your hotel, skip lunch and go all out for dinner. They take you seriously as a customer… be prepared to wipe your plate with the included delicious locally baked fresh rye bread. You will want to, and they take it as a compliment.

Very nice rooms and sympathetic hosts. The food was also top. The only downside, as the room was in the direction of the street, was the street noise from about 7 o'clock somewhat audible. However, we were advised to do so by our hosts. I can still highly recommend the hotel.

Absolutely recommended! We have been very nicely received without Prior booking for only one Night (Transit by Motorcycle to Savona). The Rooms very clean, furnished with everything you need. The Restaurant offers regional Treats, but also "Schnitzel with Fries" for everyone. The Staff are very nice and attentive, so we have not lacked anything.
A Hotel where you can also spend a good few Nights!

Very nice hotel with renovated rooms. We eat the best capuns in the canton of Graubünden. The boss is adorable, she speaks English and French perfectly. The kitchen and the service are perfect. The value for money is excellent. Parking place available. The perfect place to stop in the area. Lots of ballads to do in the area so an extended weekend is to advise. One can even spend a moment playing the goldmullet (gold search). Absolutely recommended.

On our Töffli trip. We spent a night with you. From the rooms to the food everything. Even my Töffli was patched up by the chief yet. — Thanks for everything.

The place is a little gem. Most rooms are freshly renovated, and offer all amenities you can think of. The service is great, really friendly and caring. Great for families with kids. The meals are very tasty too. Try the Capuns! The hotel itself is quiet, has its own parking. Lot and offers nearby an EV charging facility.

I recommend this restaurant because it is cooked with a lot of love. All dishes are homemade for example the delicious " Capuns " sooooo delicious.

The restaurant holds the title of World master in Capuns, which is a speciality of Graubunden, so we had to try them (thanks Lars for ordering them and allowing us to fork your plate). It is a very heavy plate, so I would recommend you to share them as appetizers with your party. We also ordered Chateaubriand and it definitely was worth it. They served it with a thick Hollandaise sauce and with a tone of nice vegetables. My friend Dani loved them so much that he ate mines (:) ) When we finished dinner, we ask the waiter whether she could call us a taxi as our place was 30min walking from the restaurant. She called the taxi, and they gave her an estimate of 45min, so we said we would walk. Our surprise was when the man sitting next table said that he would take us with his car. He was the owner of the place and went the extra mile to make sure we would end up the evening in a good mood. As a conclusion, the place was very nice, the personal treatment one of the best I have ever experienced and the meat was delicious. So go and try, get some capuns as starters, and taste the delicious meat as main.
