The most Wondefull garni hotel I ever been. Attention to detail and Service friendlyness are remarkable 👌 highly reccomend!

Just a fantastic experience. We stayed here over the summer, came back in the winter and booked again for the winter.

Our stay was very good overall. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly (except the restaurant). The wellness area is well designed with nice view.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sunstar. I saw some reviews from regular guests (and spoke to some regular guests) who said standards have dropped. However our experience was very good.

As an American the experience of staying here went well. Gabi, part of the staff, was so kind and helped us navigate around the city with the best recommendations for food and activities.

Simple but affordable accommodation, our room was very clean (double room).

We met friends in overcrowded Arosa, it was our first time here and we were very happy at the Praetschli.

The building is now over 50 years old, but this is not unusual for a luxury hotel, age is normally a positive for this type of hotel, everything was as it should be, except maybe the staff, the level

1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains.
2. SPA was just perfect!

The hotel is in the middle of mountains, with an amazing view. The reception staff is very nice and professional, and so is everybody working at the bar.

My husband and I have chosen BelArosa for our winter vacations for few times by now. We keep coming back as we love this charming place dearly!

Just came back from skiing in Arosa and had the pleasure to stay at the BelArosa for a couple of days.

Stayed as a couple for a long weekend. Great location — 2 minute walk to the ski lift or bus stop to Hornli outside. Virtually ski-in. Inner Arosa is the quieter area of Arosa but more picturesque.

Impeccable service. Sure it could be said to be expected from a 5 star hotel.

Great rooms, nice bar and lounge.
Good food.
