Incredible hotel with the most friendly staff you will encounter. Beautiful views, delicious food at their restaurant, and an overall dreamy experience.

The service we received at Hotel Stoffel was utterly fantastic. The staff are attentive, caring, hospitable, and make an effort to give you the best stay.

Our stay was very good overall. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly (except the restaurant). The wellness area is well designed with nice view.

The building is now over 50 years old, but this is not unusual for a luxury hotel, age is normally a positive for this type of hotel, everything was as it should be, except maybe the staff, the level

1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains.
2. SPA was just perfect!

We stayed at the Hotel Erzhorn for a week’s skiing. Excellent ski to door location (you soon get a handle of the geography).

Very pleasant, a bit removed from town with amazing views and walks.

If you are looking for a fancy, high-end kind of hotel, this is not the place for you. This hotel is quite old and the furniture and equipment are modest.

Great hotel in Innerarosa with comfortable rooms, private spa and in a great location. People are friendly and helpful and dogs welcome! We will definitely go back 😊

I ordered the rice "croquettes" in a cherry tomato sauce and nice mozzarella balls.

We was at Hotel Gspan 3 times for dinner and lunch, the food is really delicious and the service is very fast! Professional.

Stayed as a couple for a long weekend. Great location — 2 minute walk to the ski lift or bus stop to Hornli outside. Virtually ski-in. Inner Arosa is the quieter area of Arosa but more picturesque.

Superb place to stay in Arosa. We loved the personal touch and extremely friendly and flexible hosts. This is a great location, close to the ski lift and directly at the slope.

We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable rooms with great views of the Arosa ski area.
