We were eating in this restaurant at the weekend. Unfortunately, it was far too expensive for the portions received. The appetizer came after the main course service unmotivated and even the cutlery was bent knife about 1cm At the neighboring table were forgotten various things which were ordered as well are on the Internet and on the street menu and cards from which you could not order anything. Luckily we still had pasta to cook ourselves in our accommodation. Not worthy of empathise!

Location and rooms of the hotel are good. Cleanliness ok. View fantastic. But were unfortunately received very unfriendly. There was a problem booking from the hotel side and they wanted to turn us up again in a room even though we had already paid for it. When the problem was resolved by the tour operator, there was not even an apology from the staff. Morning food ok, but wasn't really replenished. Entrance hall would have to be renovated, looks very old and dark.

Extremely unfriendly welcome. A room that we had booked over another website was „not registered“ in their system and they tried to sell us another room for additional money. When we reached the above mentioned other website and figured everything out, we didn‘t even hear a sorry or anything similar. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The price was retrospective quite high. We won‘t be staying at this hotel anymore.

The manager of the hotel was very unfriendly and tried to deny our booking in order to sell a more expensive room. We had to call the the online booking site in order to get in our already paid rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was bit under expectation and had no large variety. Overall the village Elm is a nice place for vacation but I would not stay at Sardonas again.

I only gave the star to the post, because I can not give a rating without a star…
On arrival, hotel was not occupied. Unfriendly greeting.
One-man operation.
Food absolutely bad, was just warmed and not fresh from the pan. When asked if it was freshly cooked, he freaked out and insulted us in Italian. And he threatened us. Will never come back to this hotel! We didn't want to stay after that and he didn't want to take the room key back, so we threw the key behind the Empfangsthresen!
Absolutely honest evaluation of me is that the first time I have been ashamed to be a Swiss and to experience something like this in the present time in our own country!

On arrival we were already received unkindly. Our Rooms were not clean. The Room was cold and could not be heated. The Sava was locked, the Lamp Defect, the Windows leaking, the Beds Dirty and the Indoor Pool hasn't seen any Water for a while.
The Hotpots are also not in Operation. The New Year's Eve menu was, in my View, inedible. The Entire Hotel is In Need Of Refurbishment. With full Occupancy, only 1 Lift was still operated. It is an absolute Imposition To still operate this Hotel.

Location ideal! But getting a little old age!

I reserved a room for the 22nd of July and the hotel cancelled it one day before the booking. They claimed that it was due to overbooking. How does that happen? This is the first time out of thousands of nights I've spent in hotels that this has happened to me.
