Nice place to stay in Lucerne.
It's so convenient as Migros is just next door! The hostel staffs are friendly and helpful! Love most about the free washing machine and dryer! We managed to wash our clothes everyday!

Overall, we had a good experience at HITrental apartment. Our room was ready before the check-in time as we arrived early. The bus stop, grocery shop are close by. Kitchen is very well equipped. The management gave us a couple of small umbrellas free. The beds and sofa-cum-bed make enough space for a family of 4 and a small kid. The views from the balcony are nice. There is also a small table fan for the summers. Wi-Fi speed is good. However, the room is a little smaller than it appears in the photos. Also, it was impossible to keep the bathroom dry. The water from shower area will come out no matter how much care you take. The small door mat is not at all enough to soak the water. There was no broom which can help you clean the mess. It's a little annoying.
