Price — quality extremely poor.

I like this place and would stay again, but I can report that the bed in the Eiger room is pretty hard, and I had to sleep on top of one of the duvets to keep from waking up all through the night (but I'm about 100 kilos so it may be different for you). The real nuisance for me was that the Wi-Fi was shockingly bad, and since this was a business trip during which I worked out my room occasionally, it was a problem. On the other hand, the staff are terrific, the food yummy, the rooms cavernous, and the view spectacular. Given these comforts and the relative ease of access to my client from this location, I'd be happy work through these issues and stay again. But because of these problems I can only give 3 stars.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Perfect for honeymooners or families. Customer service is top notch and the food is amazing. The rooms were very romantic and modern. Just steps from public transportation and free parking. Vien of the whole city.

A wonderful hotel in a very beautiful neighbourhood. The views of the city are spectacular, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is amazing. Wifi in my room was not working, but to be honest: I did not need it. Taking a long walk through the snow forest behind the hotel made up for it.

Best hotel ever. It has the best view and nice area to walk around. Lots of place to take pictures and best behaviour and service. The rooms are excellent. And The money's worth it.

As a longtime regular I must recognize unfortunately drastic changes. Of service, or staff is unausgebildet and not up to the original kitchen. But the kitchen has been tangible. Over the times of the coordinated modular and fine food.
I was wondering that a reservation was so simply done. Upon arrival, it was clear to me, something is wrong do not. The entire restaurant was empty. On a Thursday evening notabene. The prices have attracted for about 20%. To the service: How can it be, that all foods are raised asynchronously, with four guests? Explaining the dishes did not occur, no sommelier, a charm, a pity.
Summit of the evening was that they tried anaesthetised with a getürckte and increased by CHF 300 Bill. When I noticed the fraud (? ), don't you apologized but conceded the correct amount very quickly and disappeared behind the scenes.

My wife and I ate in Restaurant Spice. We started with a champagne apero on the terrace with great views towards the Uetliberg. Then we were shown to our table inside — the experience felt very personal as the tables are well separated and so you can easily hold a private conversation with your loved one. The food is contemporary and consists of exotic fusions of vegetables, herbs and spices (meat is available too for the meat lovers). Great for romantic dates.

Spice is a top restaurant. Excellent creative food, attentive service and pleasant ambience.

Spice restaurant offers an inspired gourmet cuisine, the cheapest kitchen of its kind in Zurich. And here is the best pastry in the entire canton of Zürich, Jana Bussert. The desserts are true works of art. Perfect service. Nice terrace outside. Be sure to reserve if you want a window seat.
