Guest-oriented and friendly service.

Professional home. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast buffet. Little extra with access to the fitness and adjacent spa. Pleasant short stay.

We took the Technorama package: family suite with two adults and two children aged 6 and 4 to 269. — duty-free. We had a room without air conditioning (not mentioned at the time of booking or on the confirmation but apparently, we would have had to pay 40. — more than the offer offered) but as we have only a small, inefficient fan, we have to open the windows to breathe except that we are at the edge of the station, we hear all the trains passing. Only one window opens as an impost, the other, without child security, can open wide (a child could very easily go to the ledge and jump from the 4th floor, very safe for a family suite). I do not understand the agreement that was made with the Technorama but I find it outrageous! We advised friends to cancel this offer and find a comfortable, soundproofed, safe room for children in another establishment.

Quite well operation not easy for a lot of people.

Nice clean room. Free soda and chocolate in minibar. Railway just outside window making it impossible to have window open at night because of the noise. Fan but no AC.

My wife and I dined on the fabulous roof terrace on saturday where we were treated to an amazing outdoor grill BBQ menu. Chef Raffaele and his team were amazing preparing right in front of us a delicious a surf n turf combination, vegetables and smoked mozarella cheese 5 star food and service. … Damien & Ugne.

Good business hotel centrally located near train station. Access to a great fitness centre.
Swiss TV channels have not worked. It would be nice if the seminar rooms were air-conditioned. The cooling system is not very efficient.

Grill chat à discrétion on the speed-up terrace. I would have liked to have given the full points, because the ambience, the operation, the BBQ guys etc. Are really nice and accommodating, and the choice of food is really fair and good. Unfortunately, it has to be said here that certain meat products were no longer available from about 7 p. M. Which must not be allowed to do if you pay 59th —. Furthermore, (as was the previous year) BBQ sauces, ketchup, mustard, mayo, herb butter were missing. Only Sourcream available, which is more than poor. The waiters got us everything, but things are simply part of the basic equipment — especially when you're grilling. If these things (selection of sauces etc. And availability of food) can still be improved, then it is top.

For meetings top, eat in a guppe often Chaotic, although it is ordered uniformly. Quality too often undercut cut-for a hotel of this class.

Good Hotel, large and spacious room, just like the bathroom. Located next to the train station, from where you can reach the centre of Zurich in approx. 45 minutes.

Nice Hotel Central Located. Simply Breakfast. In the Evening then an Italian cooks very tasty the Food I can only Recommend.

Medium Hotel in Winterthur. Good attention. A four-star. A little pricey but according to the prices of Switzerland.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast with egg station and good Wi-Fi. Note that the train tracks are next to the hotel, so better take your ear plugs with you (It's still on an ok level).

Convenient to visit the city center, clean elegant, essential.

It was an ok hotel with a very slow reception (no matter who was working). Room was basic with only one tiny wow-factor. The amenities were excellent. Price-quality not very good.

Reception is a little bit cold, same for the breakfast. Bedroom are very comfortable, even if they are close to the train station, it is quiet. Restaurant is a good level, waiters are very professionnal and barman / barwoman are excellent.

It Was good, excellent rooms, good service, though the dining options were limited.

Rooms on Western side is very worn in summer… no AC… fan provided can't cool the rooms… at least for summer they should provide AC rooms…

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is right next to the train station, yet very quiet. The room was very clean, elegant and spacious. And the staff was super nice, too. We thank Mr. Marco Pannenbecker, who warmly welcomed us when we arrived tired and very late in the night. He quickly found us a room and later also brought us an extra blanket. At our departure, Mr. Vladimir Friedel kindly gave us two free water bottles for our journey. We had a great experience and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Stayed here after missing a connecting flight. It is a beautiful hotel with big rooms. The room I stayed in had 2 twin beds, plenty of dressers, a mini fridge, and a decently sized bathroom with a soaking tub. It was very quiet with a lovely view of a small courtyard. The breakfast was a bit lacking in my opinion. There wasn't really much to choose from. You could get made to order eggs, croissants, cereal, toast, and a few pastry items. Even though the options were lacking, what they served was delicious. The staff was very friendly and most of the staffers I interacted with spoke English. It was a very nice experience overall, even in an inconvenient and stressful time. It almost made all the hassle worth it!

Modern rooms, totally friendly staff and the food. Really good!
In addition, the hotel boasts the central location. During our stay, there were grilled on the sensational roof terrace with a view over Winterthur. We come back safely.

Unfortunately I was there once, the food very well! Staff extremely friendly and obliging.

We stayed last weekend 2-4 nights with a group of 20 people — mainly from Germany — in the banana city. Cheap weekend rate for clean and well equipped room, friendly reception, and also staff behind the bar and in the restaurant made our stay enjoyable. We were completely satisfied.

The staff was very accommodating.

Where is that the most expensive hotels in province of nests may offer no more than lower mediocrity actually written?
Almost 300 Swiss francs for a double room contribute tooth mug made of plastic but rather poor, or? That there are only pre-packed cheese buffet breakfast is served, may be great for the environment; for the guest, it is rather strange to cheap.
And maybe someone the maid tells time that they could close the sliding door in the bath and remove the three-month-old dirt behind it.
