We had an reservation this Saturday evening but when we entered the hotel we weren’t aloud to proceed with the check in. According to reception staff we are from a high risk country. No information that Swedes aren’t welcomed, but Hilton had no problem with that.

After an offer was made, despite several requests made the hotel did not answer to us, so we had no choice but to cancel our reservation. Not even be able to reply to simple questions I do not want to know how they would handle serious problems. Probably not at all.

I had a room with a view of the runway, which I liked. The room clean and comfortable. For breakfast there was a plentiful selection of sausages, cheeses but also cereals and freshly prepared egg dishes. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Excellent hotel. Love the convenience of walking to the airport check-in from the hotel. Had a late dinner which was one of the best pasta dishes we had in Switzerland. The waiter and my husband had a great chat on the different ski locations. Definitely will stay there again.

Terrible concrete slab view from my room — — when I check at reception they had scores more with much better views at no extra charge — — why in earth did they stock me in one that looked like a jailhouse?

Just here for an overnight but staff were friendly and efficient and room service was delicious and quick.

2-3 minute walk from arrival 1. Very good restaurant and short walk to a small market called coop. The coop has prepared foods and fresh fruit. The hotel Wi-Fi is strong, the bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, fast internet and great food. Plus it's located inside of the airport so it took me less than 5 min to walk from my room to the check-in counter.

Connected to airport. Very convenient. Website booking was a pain though. If they are full the website won't tell you, it will take you to the purchase page and then error out, without stating the reason. Still, a very nice hotel.

I stayed one night at this hotel before I fly back to Vancouver. I will give the 5 stars for the hospitality and welcoming! Very well trained and they speak multiple languages. Nice big rooms and great service. This hotel is attached to the airport terminal 1 and 2.3 min walk from the hotel with underground connections. Good job guys.

Clean, cozy, stylish, conveniently located hotel.

3 times changed the room because of the curtains not working. The kettle in the room (in all rooms) ) is washed with detergents, you get water, and there's foam and smell. Horror.

The proximity to the airport/train station can't be beat. The bed is a little stiff, but the major issue for me was the cleanliness. There were candy wrappers on the floor of our room and a coffee cup with coffee still inside near the bar area. We ate at the Angel Restaurant, and it looked like the curtains/walls hadn't been dusted in ages. They were fuzzy. I'm not sure if this is typical in Zurich, but a large spider ran past us during dinner. The hotel would be great if they cleaned it up.

A good hotel — no question, perfectly located almost "within" the airport. The catcher is of course the whine bar in the lobby. But, you know, I will never understand, why hotels at this price level are so mean, when it comes down to power sockets. Every guest has an armada of gadgets, which need to be charged. Nonetheless there is not a single one close to the bed. You have a whole keyboard of light switches, which make it a challenge to switch off the lights at all — but for a power socket you need to walk. Are hotel room designer never hotel guests or is that a marketing trick with a deeper meaning behind? Having said that: will come back again :)

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The wine selection was not so exiting and the rooms had nothing special. It is all in all a very good hotel and offers a Sauna.

There is a reason I return to the Radisson Blu Hotel, Zurich Airport, and am even intentional to connect in Zurich overnight when returning to the States from Eastern Europe (2-3 times a year). The room decor is not exactly my style but everything else is. A 10 minute walk from the airport terminal gets me to the spectacular lobby and front desk where someone who genuinely cares checks me in. And when the desk agent says, "If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know, " I believe it is sincere. My room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. When you go, be sure to ask to speak to a manager, just to share a few words. You'll be glad you chose the Radisson Blu.

Luxurious Hotel and very comfortable to have work meetings and not waste time on commuting. How inconvenient the high price and the strange smell that has the hotel carpet.

Comfortable room Although not very large, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. Too bad the shower was inside the bathtub, which complicmakes a little ' access and exit. There is also a glass separating the bathroom from the room and that, in my opinion, does not favor the confidentiality of those who are in the bathroom. Spacious wardrobes and digital safe. Ultimately more than enough for those who stop just one night.

Nice hotel located at the landside of the airport. Conveniently located by terminal 2. All departure gates are in walking reach. Rooms are well appointed, looking to the inner court of the hotel. For one night stay or be on transit a good choice.

So wonderful experience… Huge bar with this skyscraper of bottles in the middle, that catches your eyes! Very beautiful decoration and gives you relaxation. We had some great drinks and snack before we get on our plane. Expensive like all Switzerland though. Accessible.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was strange; part of the bedroom with no door and minimal privacy. Fine for one person. Not as good for a group or family.

If you're flying out of Zurich, this is the most convenient airport hotel imaginable. You simply walk downstairs and check in for your flight. No shuttle to worry about. Spacious, well-designed rooms. Superb breakfast.

Business event. Organization is appropriate to the standard. Nice location. Apéro-Riche at the end rich and very good. Right at the airport, very good traffic.

The rooms are very small and the furniture is almost scratched.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed in the hotel from 26th to 27th, and had booked the spotter package. I was able to make the booking via e-mail. My asked questions about the room were answered competently and promptly.
The room 619 was spacious and looked nicely kept out.
The bed was a dream for my wife and me.
Also the view from the huge glass pane. A great experience for us as aviation fans.
The Frühstucksbuffet was varied and freshly prepared. The staff friendly and attentive.
Only the price, seems to us a little too high. Therefore, even the 4 stars.
Nevertheless, in June we come again for one night (this time with our little son) to you. Unfortunately, our flight with Germania starts early in the morning.

It was wonderful, we had the Buisness class room, it was beautiful, direct view at the airport Kloten, you can see planes stand out and land, again and again like.

Wine angels are unique, proximity to airport is nice, however you are paying for that convenience with $300+ a night price tag for a very basic room.

The hotel is very nice is 10, but the dinner buffet had very little choice.

After a long day of trying to get out of Athens, we ended up in ZRH for the night. Had great dinner, good rest in very comfortable beds and when we checked out rather early next morning, the man offered us a croissant and coffee saying the ticket counter didn't open that early so he turn on coffee pot and brought us little something. Totally unexpected but pleasant surprise.

I was there for a business meeting. The hotel looks spectacular on the inside! The lobby is huge and intriguing. Amzing architecture!

Everything in this hotel is carefully thought out and seems to run perfectly. The breakfast buffet is one of my favourites anywhere for its quality and variety. Overall a great travel experience. Congrats to the team. They obviously put a lot of passion and care into their work.

The lobby is probably the most gorgeous part of the facility because of the wine tower. Unfortunately, it seems that the "wine angel's" hours vary and I have never been able to see her during either of my trips there. The rooms are decent and clean for the most part but the hotel definitely has a feel of an airport hotel. Given the opportunity to stay with a competitor I would probably select a Hilton or Marriott location before returning to this location.

Very short walk from the terminal. I'm not used to this kind of hotel and it was a nice change. Well treated, very well equipped room and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome experience! The lady whom checked us in was wonderfully thoughtful, the room was excellent, as was the baby cot! We enjoyed the breakfast experience and also wanted to call out special kudos to one of the staff whom made the effort to assist an old gentleman whom was trying to get around the breakfast area on his wheel chair. Also, the Chef at the eggs station made one of the most awesome omelette we had in ages!

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport in Zurich. Walkable distance from the terminal, through the mall, to the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. We got to our room in no time. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom sink took forever to drain. In addition, the room faced the inner courtyard (facing other windows with the lobby below and skylight above) which wasn't much of a view. Kept the curtains closed throughout the stay. In addition, the room had a window that had a clear view of the shower (meaning you can see the person showering from the bed). It's fine if you are by yourself or a couple, but could be as issue with family or friends.

Great if you have an early flight the next day! Worth the price.

Beautiful hotel attached to Zurich airport. The thing that attracts the most is the imposing hall.

Conveniently very close to the airport. Clean. They have a reasonable gym. In the center is an indoor courtyard type area where the reception, the bar and their restaurant (filini's) is located. The restaurant was kind of pricey. One thing of note: our room had this strange window allowing people in the room to see into the bathroom including whoever is on the toilet. Also the heated towel rack died on us.

Great, comfy hotel right by departures within the airport itself. The manager made our stay really great and everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Location is fantastic. I was in my room 5 minutes after I got my luggage. Major train station in the same complex. Rooms were nice but a bit pricey (as is everything in Zurich). I would stay there again.

Stayed here one night and enjoyed it. Hotel is very nice, being at the airport you have access to all kinds of shopping. Tried getting room service after 11 pm and was told I couldn't get most items on their regular menu, but kitchen staff was accommodating to our requests. The lobby staff was absolutely nice, most beautiful receptionists I've seen in any hotel! Four star review only because the room could of used another quick clean before it was given to me, but beautiful receptionists made up for it!

Was at the main lobby and had a drink. Attentive service, moderate price levels. The bar is called Angels' Bar due to the artistic performances every 30 minutes or so, when an bar operative enters the huge wine tower and is hoisted up to a maximum of 10 metres and — in essence — get a bottle of wine for a guest at the restaurant or bar. If you're at the airport later afternoon / evening with some time to spare, it's definitely worth a visit. The hotel is upmarket and has very good meeting facilities.

Good airport hotel. Directly connected to the main airport concourse makes it easy to get to. Rooms are modern and clean. There's excellent onward transport by train and tram to Zurich and beyond. Food is quite expensive but there are other options in the airport.

Really was a tour best. Star hotel next to the airport, in addition to the geographic locations, downstairs to eat less than other super well. Room is big, clean, Super new facilities, the curtains of the room was electric. Ice machines in the corridors.
The lobby there was a transparent floor storage with high wine Cabinet. Evening dresses and beauty inside "spin jump with my eyes" performed … Light music in General is very cool. Are shocked when we arrived, one seems to have not seen the looks …

Bar according to website open until 01:00, but we were on a Saturday night at 23:55 no longer served the reason: the Bar would be closed although there is still a lot of people with new drinks were supplied.

Nice hotel, very convenient location. I left a couple of items in my room, and the hotel was helpful in safeguarding them and effecting their return for me.

This must be the most convenient airport hotel I have ever spent a night in. Standard room was just perfect, noiseless and every convenience, however I do have one gripe and suggestion: When we arrived and asked about parking, we were told to go to parking 1. That's all! Well no one told us that the parking is actually on the 8th floor of parking 1 second entrance behind the hotel (there was a lot of road work going on). So we did have trouble finding our way and wasted a good hour getting lost! So my suggestion would be to provide guests with a small map indicating the correct way to access parking 1, 8th floor. Otherwise the people at check in should be more specific. Also we were disappointed with the restaurant, having been greeted with "it will take 40 to 60 minutes to serve you" and then finding the fare was just very snack like and very pricey. However all this said I will definitely come back and recommend your hotel.

Hotel directly at the airport. Very convenient when the flight is cancelled and you suddenly find yourself in the Situation to find somewhere to stay.

Catastrophic Hotel for the price. Smokers get though non-Smoking booked. New space: Nasty stains on the carpet and on the bench. Tufts of hair in the bathroom on the floor. And all at a price of about 500 chf proNacht (room up a class booked). We will not be back.

The Parking fee was me at 18. May 2-time demands. At first I at the reception Desk, then I was in the evening, the exit is denied. In a telephone complaint, I was not helped. I had to again 52 CHF pay. Now should I apply for a refund.

One of good hotels ive been. Very nice decor excllent rooms. Lovely food but only thing made me unhappy was unfriendly staff and poor customer service.

Standard room CHF 300 00: at least cleanliness should be ensured: drilling noises in the morning stains on room carpet, mold and mildew in the shower, grubby completely remote that doesn't work,. Location, service and breakfast very good. Price/performance ratio but definitely wrong.

Price performance is not true! There are to the airport and better deals. At 328 CHF rate I had for Breakfast or in addition, 38 CHF numbers.

Stuck here for a layover, so I went to the bar for some drinks, asked reception if I could use a phone to call Swiss Airlines, was told there is no phone for me to use, and that I would have to walk back to the airport to speak to the airlines. The beer at the bar is good, and the bartenders are friendly. The reception held my bags while I got drinks and gave me Wi-Fi, however I was not able to make a local phone call into the airport. Excelled in some aspects, but certain things are odd. Worth a stop if you have a long layover for the beer.

The Filini Restaurant in the Radisson Blu at the airport in Zurich-Kloten offers very good food, for this site even still be called inexpensive (the Parking lot of times now not expected). Excellent for lunch and dinner. "Working days" should be reserved! The staff serves the guests with a warm friendliness that one rarely sees. The smallest variant of the offices for meetings can rent my opinion, is much too expensive. At least this office for more than four hours of Meeting better by a hotel room to be replaced, the more space and comfort.

Dream location for shopping before a flight, ask for a room on the higher floors history d have the view on the tarmac.

My wife and I stayed here on our last night in Zurich before flying out to the US very early the following morning. Since we had to be up early and didn't want to mess around with a taxi or shuttle to get to the airport, we booked this hotel. It has a direct walking connection (even indoors all the way) to the airport terminal, which was great for us. The room was comfortable enough, though my wife hated the avant garde European shower, which had only a half-width glass door (as many hotel bathrooms in Europe do), as well as a partially frosted glass window from the shower into the sleeping area. We didn't try the hotel food at all, though they have this strange "wine tower" with women in angel costumes who bungee up and down the tower on cables to retrieve wines. Anyway, the place is incredibly overpriced relatively to the size and luxury of its accommodations, but that's Zurich for you. If you need easy access to the airport, then book this purely for convenience.

Forced to stay here as missed flight connection and there were no other rooms available. For this amount of money one would expect so much more than what you get at this property. Obscene rack rate for a nice room. Perfunctory service, not worth the price.
