We very much enjoyed our brief stay here. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice shower. Transportation and restaurants are within walking distance. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, clean and pretty, but no ac… During summer time it might get very hot, so be aware. The breakfast was outstanding.

Clean, comfortable room. Too close to the airport but to be honest you don't hear them. Far from the city center, but decently connected. Prices are swiss.

The room is clean, simple, and nice. Nothing above and beyond, but nothing terribly bad either. Changed my review after the first day since the room was extremely hot and would not cool down. It was uncomfortable temperature to sleep in. It was hotter inside than outside.

I was in a twin suite and found it to be an all right hotel. The towels were a bit scratchy but otherwise for the price I can't complain. It's an all right location with some restraunts and stores around it. The airport pickup and dropped off was nice and we didn't have many issues. It's one I would consider using again if needed.

Worked perfect for a one night stay before flying out early in the morning. Shuttle worked out well, and occurs regularly. Location is also right by the train station for easy access into Zurich.

A large transit hotel on the outskirts of Zurich. Near the airport and the train station, but none of them is not audible because of the successful location. Repair, furniture, bed-everything is relatively new. Mini fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe. The bathroom is separate, that in the morning can greatly save time and nerves for travelers Not alone) ) Breakfast is served a variety of dishes in sufficient quantities, Swiss cheeses (albeit the simplest), fruit, pastries-just more than enough. Fault.

This hotel offers great services as well as well equipped room. We were greatly satisfied with their kindness and variety of breakfast.

We stayed at the Welcome Inn as part of a city trip and were absolutely satisfied. Great location near the airport and by train within a few minutes at Zurich main station. The room was modern furnished, very clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. Further highlights are the free parking facilities and the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet. We would love to come back!

Very nice stay in this hotel. Location was excellent. Nd the best thing is free pick and drop facility from airport.

Polite, helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfy with no unnecessary frills. A quick, free, transfer from the airport means no messing around trying to get there. It's quite central so plenty of choice of eating if arriving in the evening and the free coffees are hugely appreciated. Would stay again.

Otherwise not very sensitive but the beds are really not very comfortable.

Clean, reasonable room area, well — furnished, split bathroom and shower is a very good idea but they are a bit tight both of them. Breakfast was good with variations to suit different taste. Staff are friendly and nice.

Nice staff, very nice hotel — you can see the high prices typical of Switzerland. Also the super cramped parking spaces can not convince.

I stayed here for few days and it was nothing but perfect. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and there were many options to choose from. I was able to exchange my money and also purchase bus and train tickets from. Them. The shuttle to and from airport was also a plus. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, conveniently located near the Zurich airport and a frequent free shuttle. Welcoming chocolate and lemon water, complementary water bottle, coffee and tea in the spacious room. Free Wi-Fi, 2 computers available. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, this hotel we stayed in the year 2015 and again this time. It is a lovely place to stay, very friendly staff, good amenities and near to the airport.

Very basic but clean and functional. Staff are very good — 24 hour service. It is costly for the quality but all hotels around Zurich are really expensive.

Honestly a little strange accommodations. A little out of the way without transportation and the rooms are converted hospital rooms. Layout of the rooms was super strange as a consequence, but to no fault of the owners. Would recommend touching up interiors and lighting, as walking down long hallways to our room seemed mildly terrifying.

Smll but very nice. Ideal for travelers as very close to the airport. Staff a helpful and the food is fine. I'd stay again if passing through.

No AC in room. Paper thin single pillows that completely flatten out when you put your head to it. When asked for extra pillows, the guy at the front desk rudely told us they were full and he didn't have any more pillows. Not returning here…

The hotel was good and so were the rooms, but the washrooms weren't as big. The breakfast was good with a good variety. Would recommend.

Check in services were ready before the appointed time. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and helped get us into town for a brief visit of Zurich. The room was small but comfortable. A hotel shuttle took us to and from the airport and was right on time. Would stay here again.

Charged for breakfast and someone walked into our room while we were trying to nap. Other than that great location and friendly staff.

Cheap parking for those who need to leave the car in Kloten airport area.

Excellent location and comfort.

Budget hotel. Nice comfortable rooms. The only issue I had is the bathrooms are not properly ventilated, so the after use smell remains for some time. Friendly staff. The Train station is reachable in two minutes by foot. On Every hour 25 and 55 minutes i. E. 11.25 and 11.55, you can reach to down town in 10-15 minutes (station name is Zurich HB). A big Supermarket (Migros) is 1 minute away.

Zurich has one more nice thing to be talked about! I met the most friendly people working in this hotel. Professionalism and kindness made all the difference. Besides clean and spacious facilities, I was really pleased with the services I was provided with. The convenience of the shuttle, the schedule with many options, the location close to the airport, all combined to give me such a great experience. I cannot say enough the highlights of this place. Thank you very much. I can't wait to go to Zurich again, and I will make sure I stay here again.

Very convenient situation, next to the Kloten train station (15min away from the center) and closed to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes. Room was excellent: clean, comfortable bed, and nice shower. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel in the middle of Kloten. Booked a double room before an early departure, impeccable shuttle service to the airport, it is advisable however a reservation on the eve of the space is limited. To do this, a huge Kudos to the ladies of the reception very friendly and situated, one is like to guest here! Will stay during the next early flight safely again before the Welcome Inn, an ideal vacation home and it all worked.

I spent the month of Oct 2112 at this hotel and the entire stay was wonderful. Everything is spotless, the rooms are highly efficient and soundproof. The staff is always pleasant and very, very helpful. They put the Welcome in Welcome Inn Lynda Kabeary Nelson BC Canada.

Excellent hotel. Everything was clean and well organized. Reception were good. Breakfast was a bit pricey but worth it (not the usual hotel breakfast). Distance from Zürich City is a bit of a factor (20 minutes by Public Transport Train), but bearable.
