It is two start hotel clean and very friendly staff the hotel very small and old is gold the room also very small with small bathroom also the breakfast very sample and the hotel little far from the city center but near the horn cable car telifrek is good for short staying but not long recommend for a couple not for big families.

A small hotel which was initially a little bit hard to find, but once found was then easy. Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop terrace.

Great breakfast and cozy room. The receptionists were very friendly. The elevator's a little dated.

Very cute small hotel. The rooms aren't very large but finished nicely. The bathrooms are modern and are nice to use. The Wi-Fi is good and the staff are more than helpful when ever we asked about things to do in the town. Pillows are a little soft for my liking but I don't think that's enough to take away a star. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is after an affordable cosy place to stay here in Zermatt.

Distance was quite good from the station banhof. Thomas was very nice and friendly. Clean place.

Service was good, room was adequate — really nice rooftop terrace with a view of the Matterhorn.

To the south of the town, a little distance from the station, but not far away, the roof has a terrace and can see some views. Breakfast is very rich.

In the heart of Zermatt, this hotel offers very cozy rooms and good services, like breakfast and bar. Ideal for a skiing vacation.

Such cute rooms, great location and most of all, a wonderful friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast of meats, cheeses, fresh bread, fruit, cereal and more was even more than expected. Very helpful and friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend!

Small hotel very friendly and organized in order to make good use of the spaces. Although the rooms are small there is no place to fix your suitcases and your clothes in a large wardrobe. Good location to take two steps in the center although you have to pay attention to the climb when there is ice!

Great little hotel and breakfast with nice staff.

Three of us stayed at this inn for one night during our inter-rail trip. The inn is situated a short uphill walk from the train station, slightly off the main street, so it is a little quieter. When we arrived the staff member was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had, including recommending a few places to eat. They also provided us with a map of the area and showed us where we could best view the Matterhorn from. They also had a roof terrace here which was lovely in the evening. In the morning we had breakfast here which was amazing. There was an enourmous choice of fresh fruits, cereals, and breads, which were all delicious! I would reccomend this place to everyone, and would definitely stay here again should I ever go back.

Amazing place, superb and friendly service & great breakfast…

Very good location — between the train station of Zermatt and station of all the cable cars. So you don’t have to run to another end for either of them. Small but fully functional room. Cozy and welcoming ambiance. Price very affordable for Swiss standard. I was there with two other friends, so we were there in a three-bedroom room. A double and A small single bed (note that taller person might suffer a bit). All in all, a good choice to stay in Zermatt.

Place is nice, just one thing is, rooms are bit smaller than expectation.

I stayed in a cute little single room, which had everything I needed. The room was recently renovated and looks very nice, in his chalet style. The bathroom is a good size, with a great shower. Everything was clean and in good shape. Only the bed was a bit squeaky, but that didn't bother me. I would definitely stay there again, thank you! :)

Definitely petite but rooms are nice, beds comfy. Great views of town and the Matterhorn from the roof deck.

Decent place, it's a little tight with two, but it works and you don't break the budget.

The room was subpar, it was expensive for what it was a 2 star hotel, there was a hole in the sheets and baseboards missing. No safe in the room and it's up a pretty steep hill if your handicapped, no wheelchair access, it did have a free light breakfast and a roof view of the top of the Matterhorn.

Stayed there during the summer and Christmas of 2015, and will be returning at the end of this year. Amazing rooms, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the lifts and steps away from the town square.

Charming, comfortable and well-located hotel and staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast wholesome and delicious.
Loved the rooftop area where the Mattahorn rises majestically before you. Whilst you are there, be sure to visit the little church a stone's throw from Le Petit Hotel to pay homage to the adventurous and brave climbers who died trying to climb the Mattahorn.
Another must is a stroll around Gorner Gorge — breathtakingly beautiful and a further treat awaits you at the end of your walk/track when you come across a traditional wooden house / restaurant which serves delicious food, wine and coffee, as you sit surrounded by picture-perfect Swiss countryside.
Needless to say, gondola trip to Mattahorn is a must.
The train ride from *Visp to Zermatt itself is exciting and breathtakingly beauiiful (*great place to leave car if driving).
I would stay at Le Petit Hotel happily again and again and again, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Zermatt.

Fantastic value hotel in otherwise expensive Zermatt. Rooms were clean and simple with nice bathrooms. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful! The rooftop terrace is a good feature, with a view over the town and mountains. Handy ski/luggage room for storage. Highly recommended if your looking to stay in Zermatt and not pay Zermatt prices.

Very nice hotel! A cozy, warm, February 2012, the frosts of — 20), right, hearty Breakfast, fruit всегда. Персонал attentive, улыбчивый. Уборка, change of towels ежедневно. Далековато to the ski lifts, by bus only, the roads are not cleaned — slippery, but this access does not apply. I recommend strongly stay in this hotel if you are of average level of a prosperity!
