Superior hotel, friendly service, lots of different spas, great room! Very recommended.

Very nice hotel and every room is very special. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet. The wave part also has a very target concept. Very happy.

A must-stay. Central to all shopping and restaurants. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was extremely pleasant to speak to and was very accommodating with requests. Spa services are very unique and worth the cost in Zermatt. Massage services were amazing and the 7 day cycle offered to all guests was a relaxing while rejuvenating experience. I will be recommending this location to anyone I speak to about Switzerland. Hands down this has been the peak of my weeks travels. I highly recommend you book one of the cube rooms and enjoy the beauty and wonder that is the vision of the owner. I would love to stay here again on all future visits.

One of the most creative hotels we have ever stayed in. Totally unique in many ways. We loved that it was not too large in scale… very much a boutique hotel… and all the team were super friendly and well organised. The room was very good (if the beds a tad firm) and the facilities punched above their weight. We particularly loved the cinema down in the basement which was an unexpected surprise one evening. And a visit to the After Seven restaurant (2 stars) a must for anyone staying. Nice spa… although it was perhaps on the quirky side of creative for our personal taste.

The train station is five minutes away, there is a supermarket downstairs, the room is too small, the whole hotel is very cramped, in the room can see the Matterhorn.

I booked a room but ultimately gave it to my brother and his girlfriend. Oh boy! We missed a good room. Unique industrial design. Wish the lobby was a bit bigger.

Expensive, as with all things in Switzerland, but very nice hotel.

Stayed here on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Having Matterhorn views from the room's balcony was marvelous. (Not all rooms I am sure). The shower in room 306 was fabulous as it was a completely enclosed frosted glass space that kept all the splashing hot water contained. This would seem a normal thing but not so I have found in my European travels. It had a nice tub too in the bedroom though filling it was slow. Good firm but comfy bed. Very good location in Zermatt. Though we called the hotel for a taxi from the train station upon arrival, we realized we were quite close and an easy walk with luggage when leaving. Plan time in the afternoon to enjoy the spa area. More than just a sauna awaits.

SO LOUD! The hotel is lovely and unique. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quality. But, every noise inside the hotel call be heard… whether it is someone walking in their room (or down the hallway), having a TV on or a conversation… or even dropping something. Expect to wake up by 7am from the noises. On a weekend nights you will also hear all the sounds from outside as well.
