We were a group of 7 adults (2 couples and 3 young adults) staying at this wonderful apartment. The house is exceptional, very neat and tidy, with all modern facilities. The fridge was well stocked and apart from all this our trip was exceptional because of the owner's (Susanne) guidance. She is an amazing host and she guided us, planned our excursions and even ordered food for us since we had a late check in. We have been holidaying by renting apartments since a long time and can say this that I have not yet come across a person as friendly and helpful as Susanne Our entire trip to Zermatt was wonderful thanks to her.
