Thank you so much for a nice welcome and warm bon voyage. After check in I never went out from the hotel until check out. Hotel is big and modern design. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Lovely pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. ❤ I'm enjoying very much.

Friendly Staff that are attentive and fluent in English and some Mandarin. Comfortable bed and well equipped w ith basic necessities.

Very friendly, available and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are renovated, new, clean and in a very well equipped mountain style. There is also live music on weekends and a ski shop with a very friendly and available type.

I absolutely love this place the view was spectacular I really close to the train and the city centers.

The room was good so far, even the really nice lady of the reception was very helpful.
Breakfast:
Food was also good selection WORLD available if the VERY DEMOTIVIERTE PERSONAL were to replenish it (it was still about 2 hours until the breakfast time had ended)
The staff (to 4) was not good, very unmotivated, only asked for coffee or tea 1 times, nothing replenished at the buffet, not a single smile …
We were also relatively rudely pointed to another place …
Well was a great pity …

Very nice view from the room, facing the Swiss Alps! Also had the chance to look at some black-faced sheep from the balcony! Room was quite spacious and had a comfortable night's sleep.

The breakfast queue is too long to wait for more than half an hour to get food.

Centrally located hotel, close to train station. Unfortunately, it definitely does not deserve 4 stars! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, TV unfortunately had reception disturbances. Toilet seat quite uncomfortable, for that the rain shower great! However, when we wanted to use the spa area, the neck hair turned on us! The floor was yellow and partly sticky in the two shower cabins! The toilet was dirty as well as the towel dispenser! When we looked through the glass door into the pool area, we discovered yellow drain bars at the whirlpool, we turned right immediately! The breakfast buffet was OK, the essentials there. Chairs had stains! Overall, the hotel made me a schmudeligen impression! Can't understand the 4 stars and would not recommend it to anyone!

Our large tour group stayed here for two nights. We came up in the electric taxi, as the town has electric vehicle requirements so the entire complex was quiet. Our room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. They strive for excellence in this hotel and if there is something that's not to one's liking, they strive to make it so. Our group dinner was in their meeting room and was very good. Our two Breakfasts were also in the same room, which is used for large groups. It was well organized and well provisioned with everything one could wish. And if one gets up early and walks through town in the direction of The Mountain, it is possible to get some nice shots as the sun meets the Mountain's face.

The staff are super nice and helpful! The staff at the front desk are always smiling and welcoming. I booked the room with Matterhorn view and it's amazing. The pool is great as others mentioned already. Overall a really lovely stay here.

Hotel impersonal, we stayed with family, on arrival, a little early our suite was not ready, 1.30 pm, carefree we went to lunch outside and, having to leave our luggage and skis. On our return we were told of the reception or was our suite. So we had to drive our luggage, and manage our skis to drop them off at Skiroom, no proposal for help was made to us. The suite was large, the bathroom poorly lit, the vanity shelf absent, the shower too narrow. Small detail on the last day a hair brush was found broken without a small apology. Average level of service. Like other comments we mainly deplored the refectory room of the basement, being half board we also had dinners, alas. A very noisy group happened to be present like us, it was unbearable, it was difficult to communicate on a table of 4 or with the service staff. The Butler (Professional and friendly) admitted this real annoyance at the end of the week. We have dinner 2 times outside partly for the noise and also for the culinary level that we found average (fondue in particular). The pool area-spa-Jacuzzi is very nice, very well heated. We had the baggage transfer to our request for our departure. We will return to Zermatt but in an authentic 4 stars. Damage the location of the embassy is very good at 2 steps from the center, the Gornergrat, the shuttles.

Great location, very nice accomations, super nice breakfast, very modern. We ended up in a suite on first floor, so no views of the Matterhorn, but lot of space, and nice outdoor patio.

I was in room 126. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Room has a balcony, very spacy & clean. It has a long table and a chair. The bathroom shower head was a rain shower head. Hotel has a pool & spa. Very good breakfast, lots of choices. The coffee was great. A few steps away from the train station and from the market. I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was helpful and the views were excellent, but the pillows absolutely insufficient.

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Ambassador. The hotel is located close to the train station and has a great view outside. The staff has been very helpful and supportive and rooms are extremely comfortable. Breakfast has lots of options. Overall a wonderful experience.

Should I want to dwell again in Zermatt, then quite surely not this hotel that has already a few years/decades (whol) under their belt and this is everywhere evident. For example the Interior — dusty charm of 1960s/70s years, showers very concern with mould on the ceiling, the toilet lid cheaper plastic. Dark furniture that were already retired at a home, tile in the styles of o. A. Years beige/Brown; the lamps right Funzeln. Also the hotel's brochure is a fake with the Matterhorn in the background that as simply not true — you can see the Matterhorn from the balcony, that's wrong, but in the background of the hotel. And that two men's reception at the bar seem to be the best guests, the hotel does not speak for a well-run hotel: — (is still existent probably only due to the excellent location in Zermatt and not worth the price. ).
