Good size rooms. A lovely hotel with friendly staff. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel from January 1 for 4 nights and paid close to 500 chf per night.
The hotel is very new and looks nice but the details and service are not thought through.
The room was not very clean with old socks, chips and dirt under the bed.
We were offered several times to get a restaurant booking and gladly accepted but then never heard back anything and nothing was reserved.
The worst experience was on our check-our day: we assumed that we could use the spa facilities (especially since we arrived at 10pm the first night) and when we mentioned it to the staff several times nobody said otherwise. When we were about to leave we were then told to pay 60chf per person or the police would be called. The manager who we talked to on the phone was very unfriendly, arrogant and rude.
The breakfast was good and the hotel new and nicely done but for 500chf per night we definitely expect a different service and gesture of good will in such an obvious misunderstanding!

Very nice hotel. The SPA was just great. The swimming pool top. Nice breakfast. Very close from the train station. Easy to walk.

Outstanding property. Large spacious rooms. With all modern amenities. The balconies have a view of Matterhorn. And you can decide when to go take a train to gogrenhart basis view from comfort of your bed! The best thing however is the evening cake. It’s a preparation to die for. Best cake ever! The staff is helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But the best thing is view and evening snacks!

Wow! I was only here for one night, but could have stayed for a month. A wonderful property with friendly, helpful, and caring staff. We arrived during afternoon tea and thoroughly enjoyed their wonderful breakfast. The room was amazing and the entire property was immaculate. The pool was absolutely delightful too! I cannot wait to return here.

Wonderful hotel! The room was great and the spa was amazing. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station and the train to the Matterhorn lookout.

Incredible service. Comfy clean rooms!

This was an absolutely spectacular hotel to stay at during our visit to Zermatt. Upon arrival we were welcomed with "tea hour" and were invited to have a cake and a tea or coffee. We filled our plates and a tea pot and enjoyed a bit of quiet in the main sitting area of the hotel. The spaces were very comfortable and this little touch really made a difference. Plus, the selection of teas and coffee was truly extensive. I don't think I've seen a greater selection even at a tea shop! The room we had (#207) was very comfortable and warm. The wood was all unstained and had a new and rustic quality that made it feel homely, but still modern. The view we had was not of Matterhorn, but another of the nearby peaks and was truly beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and two chairs made the room a comfortable place to sit and relax when needed. The shower was a little on the smaller side, but had great water pressure and was very clean. The indoor/outdoor pool was truly special. It was heated and had all kinds of jets that could be pressed at various parts. There was a door that led to the exterior portion of the pool as well — in the pool itself. Breakfast was more than just breads and meats. There was a waffle maker, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. They even had a large scale juicer available for use — plus their incredible selections of tea and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Zermatt.

Great boutique hotel in the most beautiful town on earth. Impeccable service combined with modern well appointed rooms made for a most enjoyable stay. Pleas don’t make our mistake and assume 1 day in Zermatt is sufficient. 2-3 day minimum to absorb the serenity and majesty of the Swiss alps.

I don't really like the area the hotel is in because it is a bit "industrial". But once you turn up their little road you are in a different world. The hotel is great. Our room was perfect and our bathroom even better! Staff — especially Benedicte at the front desk — are lovely. The afternoon tea/coffee and cakes — great. Breakfast — best I have ever had anywhere. Spa/pool area was lovely.
I would be happy to return…

Off the beaten path! Great rooms and walking distance to everything! The pool was awesome and so was the room and breakfast! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Love It! Near from the train station.

It's so sweet room! New decorate! Breakfast is good! But they go your rooms and put the pillow to the room corner and turn you electric off when you are not at room! I think it's kind of rude and inpolite.

Room is well appointed and cozy. The room has scent of pinewood that laid the ceiling and roof. Staffs are friendly, approachable and already to serve. Good experience and a highly recommended hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean, big and with very nice wooden furniture. The toilette is big and with a very nice wood-stone style. The sauna area is great. The personal by the reception very nice and helpful; we even received a gift during check-out. The only negative thing in this hotel is the carpet; not sure why a new hotel still puts carpet in the rooms. Also, the fabrique of the sofa in the room has a 70's style…

We stayed 2 nights in the smallest room in the hotel, so small I could barely fit luggage for 2 in the room. Other rooms are much larger but all rooms are older (no modernization) and basic in finish. Breakfast was adequate and what you would expect but the dining room was nice. Adequate lodging if you're on a budget. Since I wrote this review 7 years ago, I have returned to find the most amazing transformation! This is now a completely different new hotel and is incredible in every way. The price is obviously higher than my original visit but this is an upscale place to stay in Zermatt.

Very careful hotel, starting from Check-in, the lobby manager is too diligent, working from 7 a. M. To 11 o'clock in the morning, giving each guest a patient explanation of the hotel and surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, and each dish was carefully selected including utensils, bread, tea, coffee, juice and yogurt. Afternoon tea from 4 o'clock in the afternoon to 6 o ' clock, lemon cake, chocolate cake is quite delicious, a variety of rich black tea, herbal teas, rooibos tea. You can enjoy a good afternoon tea from the mountain. The Swimming Pool Fitness center is also very pleasant. In short, everything is intimate. However, the hotel does not want guests to eat in the room, so the room does not set open a kettle, to the lobby to enjoy the food.

What can I say. 5 star. The staff was fabulous and very knowledgeable about the area and very informative. Lisa the concierge went above and beyond. The breakfast was great. The room clean and very comfortable. Will return next year. J.

This small hotel family owned hotel is what one dreams of finding in Switzerland but rarely finds. My experience was positive from check in at reception to rebooking for the next stay. The breakfasts were wonderful from the best array of very high quality leaf teas to the huge selection of alpine herbal infusions and the choice of healthy cereals, nuts and yogurt. Cooked breakfast eaters were also catered for. The juicer and the choice of fruit and vegetables was the perfect start to a wonderful day in this very pretty and well managed village. From 4 to 6 pm, afternoon tea was provided with cake: all homemade by a charming Polish cook. The perfect reward for a day of walking and hiking. The rooms we were in were very comfortable and well equipped and the bathrooms were state of the art. An added bonus was a lovely spa at ground level. All in all my 10 day break was just wonderful. The owner/ manager was kind and very generous with his time. The receptionists could not do enough. A magical experience. A word of caution, no meals are available apart from the excellent breakfast but many restaurants are located within 5 minutes. The train station is very close but the ski lifts are a fair distance away.

To be honest we look many places in Zermatt but we decide to stay in Fleurs de Zermatt because some friends recommend it… I must to say that has ben one of the very best experiences ever! You really fell that the staff really care about you and really want to offer you the very best stay possible… The breakfast is out of this world… Is very simple but the quality and the thought behind is AMAZING! We feel recognize and look after from morning to night…! The hotel is brand new and the facilities are excellent… My only down point is the price witch I think was high but I guest that is the overall price in Zermatt… If you have doubts where to stay like us stay here. You will not regret!

Very comfortable Hotel Snche if I was slightly disappointed by the pool and the relaxation area.

We stayed as an extended family — 14 people, 8 rooms — at the beginning of May 2016. We could not fault the place or the staff. The staff were efficient and friendly and used their little electric bus to ferry us to and from the station and cable car. The hotel is new and kept spotlessly clean. The Matterhorn view is just that. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was the icing on the cake. The breakfast was comprehensive, and the items fresh. This is the first time ever that I have given a completely unconditional review. Some of the earlier reviews must refer to a previous building.

Lovely Hotel, very welcoming, warm atmosphere, junior suite with view of the Matterhorn. Interior decoration original and pleasant. Nothing to complain about. No complaints, I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel. The staff was so nice and they upgraded our room for us for free. The spa and pool were new and everything was SO clean. Breakfast was amazing too.

The hotel is very well restored with taste. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the furniture is very well matched. Cleanliness is outstanding and the service impeccable. Hotel worthy of 5 stars. Bravo an unforgettable stay.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities and a very helpful staff.

We had a wonderful room, extremely pleasant and comfortable SPA.
The staff is efficient, delicate always ready to respond to customers in a good and friendly atmosphere. Only regret not restaurant for dinner. Very nice and contemporary.

Rooms and wellness area spacious for such a small hotel. Staff very friendly and obliging. Only the hotel marriage couple a washer could cut off is operated by others, both hotels and restaurants in the ski area of the experience. A welcome NICHTS… ob costs in the dining room or in the lobby.

We book this gem of a hotel every year for a pre-Christmas ski and it never fails to impress. From the great location to the fantastic breakfast, the amazing wellness area and the warmth of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel! Cozy, cute, clean. The service is wonderful!

An excellent compromise between price and quality. We stayed in an apartment with kitchen. Great view of the Matterhorn. Rooms were all very clean. In addition there is a Jacuzzi and sauna. Great experience.

Warm welcome, good beds, clean and well maintained — double room South-facing rooms are ideal and recommended. Whrilpool and Sauna for a 2Stern Hotel top. Enjoyed the Breakfast buffet. Come again.
