The hotel offers a lot of money. Breakfast is very good, the spa area is also very appealing, parking spaces are available free of charge. For me the ideal hotel if you are looking for a budget accommodation right in front of Zermatt.

We will certainly come back! Great staff, very friendly!

Medium dimension especially the restaurant.

Great hosts, got a room with a minibar because of my medication. Wundeschönes large room with balcony, "with bathrobe and slippers", view of the little Matterhorn.
Very clean room nice small spa area, enough bath towels, pleasant warm water in the pool. We are fully satisfied, we are happy to return.

Got a big room on the top floor with great views! Made good use of the complimentary sauna though the steam room needs adjusting as the water vapour literally boils you due to bad design. Location of the hotel is very central. 2min walk to free bus shuttles that take you to the slopes and 3min walk from the central station. Very good service, clean and cozy room! Will definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately the spa area is not always clean and the soap in the showers is missing.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in a cozy village, 5 minutes from the station. The view from the balcony is fabulous, only the mountains and the ribbon of the railroad. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, bathhouse, Jacuzzi. Cool after skiing to relax. Breakfast is also decent: cheese, ham, eggs, croissants, porridge and fruit.

Don't stay here. Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Like telling us before we arrived that the restaurant was open until 10 PM. We walked into the restaurant at 9:20 PM and were told by an extraordinarily rude woman (who was opening a bottle of wine for her and her friend) that they were closed, and that you had to order food in advance. When we talked to the front desk guy (who had told us we could eat in the restaurant) he just shrugged and said, "Oh yeah, it's closed. " When we pointed out that he had TOLD us 10 minutes before that we could eat in there, he just gave that classic European shrug and said "Ehhhh. " Rooms weren't great either: exactly ONE electrical outlet per room. Stay in Brig and take the train down to Zermatt: this place is terrible.
