An incredible welcome, staff at the top, employee listening, food of very very good quality, the rooms are very well maintained and very good cleanliness. And the view of the mountains what to say… beautiful and much more I recommend it with my eyes closed, the boss and really attentive and very close to her customers, really family and without fuss.
I will return with the greatest pleasure.

Spa for 4 people Max, there were six of us. No locker room to change, responsible for the unpleasant hotel, does not look for a solution if problem and answers that it's like that, whether it suits you or not, only good point, the view of the valley.

Room in its juice (double room 1st floor), water of the hot tub suspicious (green and smells musty). In addition one of the receptionists is frankly unpleasant (the one with gray hair and begiving). Otherwise the view is splendid and the location is top. Correct for price (Groupon)

Excellent welcome. Our three rooms, overlooking the valley, were pleasant, comfortable, spacious and clean. In particular, we appreciated the attention and vigilance of the kitchen and service staff after our food allergy report. Very good food.
Ideal location: just a stone's throw from the cable car and from the slopes and walks.
Free underground parking.

Lovely place and the view is just stunning.

Staff were overwhelmed. Bed linen was not clean. Wellness area costs extra and is not worth it at all. Simply completely overpriced for what it offers.

Great hotel in a quiet location. A room with valley views is highly recommended, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets here. The food is round off at this hotel. The wellness area costs another 20 francs per person. We had a nice stay.

Stayed here end June 2018 and had a total blast here! Staff was friendly and very helpful, we loved old-fashioned rooms, comfy beds, outdoor jacuzzi and spectacular view! What else we could possibly wished for?

A pleasant hotel with a magnificent view over the valley of Sion and the Valais Alps. Many comfortable rooms with panoramic balcony. Different rooms, garden, restaurant, bar, parking, Wi-Fi. For a fee the SPA. Located near the gondola.

Stayed here for one night in may 2018. The standard double room was clean and space was sufficient, with 2 chairs, 2 single beds, a desk, small fridge, a small tv, a phone, some storage and a balcony. The interior was a bit dated though but practical. The rooms without a view are next to the street, so could be a bit noisy when it's busy. The village was almost deserted when we were there, so no road noise to keep you awake. We didn't eat here, so no opinion about the restaurant. Parking is underneath the hotel. The views from the terrace are spectacular, worth a visit even if you don't stay here!

Restoration OK room out of time… with old worn curtains, the pink sofa worn and holed, room for 2 with 2 bed 1 place… reservation by group so at half price… Its had to be for its… Pity for the rest.

Too bad, for a discovery menu to eat gazpacho, smoked salmon and duck… Not very local. There are so many good things in Valais! It was very well cooked anyway! and super friendly service.

Good hotel-restaurant located close to the gondola: comfortable room with balcony view, very good kitchen with a tasty menu in half board.

Great location and spa facilities. But horrible restaurant services. They always claimed to be overbooked for dinner and would not do room service neither will they allow you pick up from the restaurant. The restaurant doesn't serve lunch either.

The kindness in this Hotel is optional. The tea in the morning is cold and the food mediocre. For those who have food intolerance there is nothing to eat. The cleanliness is painful.
It's not worth coming here.

Old Hotel with carpeted… And very high price.

Good hotel, comfortable, even if the sound insulation of the rooms leaves to be desired. The restaurant is of very good quality and the buffet is plantureux. Friendly and competent staff. From the terrace, the view of the valley is dazzling and you can even see in the distance the summit of the Matterhorn. Located close to the ski lifts starting station. Stay to recommend.

Bad restaurant service, and expensive.

Perfect stay! Damage that double beds are 2 small set side by side. Otherwise very nice buffet, very nice spa area, staff tiptop. I think you have to book well in advance during the high season.

Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, rustique hotel rooms furnished with wooden furniture. Good price/value rate. The Wi-Fi works well and the rooms are clean and quiet.

I am very impressed. Great room, great view, great platter of local meats, hands down the best bread I found.

Very cool hotel, situated high above Sion. Magnificent view of the valley (where Sion is locted) an the snowy mountains above. The lobby and reception are very warm and welcoming.

It is not a new building, but very clean. Great place to stay if you are going to ski.

Very sympathic crew, great spa and excellent restaurant! Rooms are pretty spacious and the view is fantastic!

The views from the 3rd floor is simply fantastic. The rooms were big and spacious bathroom. Staff very hilfsbereicht and friendly. Breakfast great buffet with fresh egg dishes and large fruit basket. The menu is relatively small but brilliant food. 100 points! Just a shame; the meat was not declared (where's the beef? ).

The room was very nice (134) and the view was spectacular. There was a large bathtub (bonus! ) and balcony facing the valley view. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic — lots of different foods and choices, much more than the typical bread-and-jelly. The terrace where we ate breakfast was lovely with the same spectacular view. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were there as part of a wedding party, served in the main dining room, and the food and service were excellent. The only drawback was that the wedding DJ played till early in the morning (could be heard from our room even on the third floor) and we were not the only folks in the hotel. We felt kind of bad for any guests who may have been kept up by the noise. BUT, as part of the party it was overall a fantastic experience. We were wishing that we had booked an extra day or two afterwards; we did not want to leave!
