And it is a shame to receive customers in such conditions.
For the hotel:
+ The location in the village of Nax is perfect with a beautiful view.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a reservation for a room and a room for classes at 11am, but we were not expected at all.
— The cleanliness of the rooms, don't look too much. No hair dryer in the room or Wi-Fi.
— Alarm beeping every 3 minutes, days and nights.
— Breakfast of the first morning catastrophic, staff not present
and not professional service. We asked for 7:30. The boy arrived in unwashed training and begins to prepare the breakfast at 7h40.
— If you want coffee or tea for breakfast, you need to ask it between two choices of music that resounding in boom-boom in the establishment. With the tea do not forget to clarify that with the bag it also takes hot water and a cup and that for coffee with milk it is a coffee with milk:-/
For the restaurant:
+ good taste
— Stove with a very, very dirty apron.
— Good meal but served on frozen plates.
+ Second evening better as evening Kitty and we enjoy a full menu, starter and dessert.
— Breakfast is served in the uncleaned restaurant of the day before. Filthy soil and dirty tables.
➜ We spent the new year at Nax at the Mont Noble hotel and here are our comments:
For the hotel: deplorable home or more exactly no reception at all, arrived around 5pm after a day of skiing and no one at the reception and the restaurant was closed until 6pm.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves to be desired as much in the shower as in the room or the floor is dusty.
Breakfast of the first morning catastrophic, staff not present
and not professional service, a slight better for the second morning (the service does not the boy in ski pants and hooded jacket…).
For the restaurant: menu of the 31 served on a table set (88. — menu).
Quality price not at the appointment (meat too cooked).
For summary… service is not worthy of any public establishment.
Pity for the small station of Nax which visibly is not able to offer establishments of good qualities for its customers.
