I bought a gift voucher for my girlfriend at the end of November 2017 for our holiday in Switzerland this summer. First, I was never made aware that a fire had ravaged half of the establishment and that the package I had purchased was only partially accessible (only access to the baths), which I find extremely ordinary. Secondly, once we arrive on site we are made aware of the damage and the staff offers to exchange our gift vouchers for 4 free tickets for the baths. I asked if it was possible to have anything else in compensation since as tourists we will not return to the site, which was categorically refused by the reception is the host. So we decide to take them anyway so we don't lose all of our money and go back to the baths. After only 15 minutes, bad weather forces us all to go inside in the only pool available. The whirlpool (supposedly 38 degrees Celsius) does not even exceed 20 degrees and is unusable. The experience in general was extremely disappointing and the service was rotten. No one wanted to offer us adequate compensation (for tourists) and nothing was done to make us feel appreciated and welcomed in their establishment. I absolutely do not recommend. What a disastrous way to end your vacation in an otherwise beautiful and welcoming country. I wasted my money on baths that are not worth it at all. I am seriously awaiting a response from the administration to have the entire gift refundrefunded.

Not very happy with the service, the sound not available without reduction of the blow of the rooms the restaurant was very bad.

Slightly disappointing, service not really to the point, difficulty of understanding and serious lack of wines, for a wine canton. Kitchen pretty decent but that doesn't break anything. Relatively expensive for quality and service and pools are not very large.

For the reception and the wellness very good. Restoration side it was not see incoherent. The staff sound symphatic but the management is not understandable, I had to expose my health problems to be entitled to more food balance. For an establishment of this kind it is a shame.

Unfortunately the spa having burnt we could not test. Otherwise nice little bath.

Let's start with the positive, the baths are nice and the setting and awesome. The treatments are tops too!
Now, let's continue with the least good. The bed was really lame. We had with my girlfriend a sofa bed not at all comfortable and that squeaked to the slightest movement. There is an iron bar that crosses this sofa bed, which makes it really unpleasant. We never slept so badly. This type of bed is really outrageous for a hotel of this caliber. Then we do not recommend the restaurant at all. The service is very slow (+ 2.5 hours while we took the dish of the day) and most of the servers are shooting the mouth. Fortunately, it was still good what we ate. Finally, the staff is not always very welcoming and friendly. We are a young couple (just 20 years old). When we said hello for example, most of the time we didn't have an answer. However, we note that the apprentices as well as the other rather young employees are very friendly and dynamic. In short, we will not return.

Beautiful view of the mountains. Pretty small baths.

The place is beautiful, clean, nice to spend a moment as a couple or family. To improve: Allow to pass from one outdoor swimming pool to the other without going through the inside (and without freezing…)

Great place. Space for children and especially for new born! Infrastructure in order and well done. Highly recommended for families. Moderate Affluence and therefore pleasant. Indoor and outdoor spaces, bubble basins and hot water (34-38 °c).
Perfect and friendly, perfect setting with beautiful view. To do in the winter.

A great place to chill. Thermal baths hot. 2 outdoor pools. Fitness, spa, restaurant, small studios with a fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff.

Good price for a small bath of this size. Very nice to be found in it again. Quiet and tranquility are the key words of this small/medium sized establishment.

Great view, but lacks a bit compared with other similar places.

Like last year, super friendly staff, quick service food, the opportunity to rent apartments-> being 6 is very significant. Took advantage of fitness and relaxation in wellness and lovely walks prices
It's been 13 years… just to say that we are more than satisfied!

We were for the first time in Ovronnaz. We have been positively surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel and the Spa. Ovronnaz is great for hiking and biking. The bike routes are not signposted, this is a flaw. After the tour, you could relax in the spa and hotel. That was perfect. We have very like the three days in Ovronnaz.

Nice room with comfortable beds-cabinets. Beautiful setting, a superb SPA. The staff is very professional and friendly. The only criticism is not terrible gastronomy with main courses without any vegetables…

Ovronnaz baths Hall is a facility where you feel happy.
Very nice, clean and equipped apartment (he even the kitchen mixer and fondue pot), balcony with a wide and panoramic view.
You can move from your room to the thermal pools in a white bathrobe, issued by the receptionist on arrival by glass corridors.
A great spa is available (it even masseurs certified ASCA).
A good and spacious restaurant serves healthy dishes and if we want a very friendly bar with a "stressless" corner.
The hotel offers quality and discreet luxury in a relaxed without snobbery.
The pools are less populated that in Yverdon or Leuk so a risk too much abuse of massages!

Overall the stay was good, but many details left to be desired… Some of my reservations were badly taken note:
-No for the places of masculine male massage
-Restaurant too expensive for the quality provided.
-Room to be vacated by 12:00 (which is understandable) but the parking to be released at 12:00 also so that we could enjoy the bathroom all day. So have to change to move the car in an EMPTY parking lot to return inside…
-It is not possible to change his robes from Friday to Saturday so that they are completely wet and cold…
Stay positive because very nice atmosphere but a lot of details that can disturb.

Our first stay at the hotel left us with a mixed review. What we liked:
• General hospitality of the staff
• Meals and breakfast
• Spa, wellness, relaxation, massage area
• Quiet, the place of private park, Wi-Fi free access
• The atmosphere of happy hour Friday night
What we did not like:
• Meal prices too expensive and coffee not good
• Juice of the small lunch and covered plastic cups plastic space bar
• Aging bedding, mattress dug, uncomfortable cushions
• WC not level (leaning)
In short our stay went well at the "baths" level, but we have a little in my throat at the high cost of benefits Hotel level. We would hesitate to spend another holiday before a refurbishment of the rooms of the hotel and will certainly only days spas.

Super super complicated and confusing to just get in the water. You have a key. A card. A chip. And you have to basically solve a puzzle just to get into the place. So ridiculous. The bath is okay. Not amazing. But of a journey for not much of a view. The photos are not representative of the experience. The turnstile gates are tedious and take forever and only one person can get in or out at a time. Not great when you're freezing and wet and waiting. They need to ux the hell out of this place and approach it like they were customers. Not staff.

Clean rooms, happy staff, warm clean water, family-friendly ambiance, well-maintained installations… once again!

Very satisfied with the apartment: view, clarity, size. Proper bedding.
Shame that the wading pool was closed two days of our stay (2 years baby)
Did not use the restaurant following disappointments the previous years.
The kitchen of the apartment is more than summary: apartment for 6 but at 5, we have to do the dishes constantly! We have the impression that it refers us to the restaurant…

On arrival we have of the find a park to pick up the key of our studio we find a place in the mud… friendly Fairmont l indication for our personal place was false but it can happen. Studio clean and warm, the space between the bed we can disturb.
We were at the thermalime 209 the assessors is very small and the wait is sometimes long.
We were finally able to enjoy the pool and the space weelnes, c was Friday evening loung, small appetizer really nice the ambiance and the infractructure are on top a good moment of relaxation guaranteed.
Quiet night except this journey a bit noisy.
Breakfast we could re enjoy the bath and the sauna (included in the rate)

I come to the baths of Ovronnaz for many years but I find that the quality is declining. Our studio cabin was in a bad state, apparently it had never been renovated. The sofa bed was the bowl and more linens were very clean (hair of I don't know what origin…). Baths are always very nice but the soils to the dirty showers late in the day (hair, plasters, etc…). Breakfast was good (except the coffee), but there, too, the services were not clean. I admit that I was disappointed of benefits and this is not said to me back.

Very good service at reception desk, the room was clean. Beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend.

Most:
Very friendly at the reception, clean and well equipped room with nice view over the Valley.
Baths are a bit antiquated but rather well maintained, great spa and fitness is properly equipped and clean.
Less:
The restaurant business is frankly not terrible terrible (quality, service) ; at work I find.
It was 30 ° C in the room when we arrived.

PROs: — very well equipped rooms; enough towels; fully equipped kitchnette (including hand dish washing liquid, as well as automatic dish washing tabs for the dishwasher) — beds in very good conditions with good mattresses — availability of utensils for cleaning the room (on the hallway) and throwing the garbage (with the recycling option) — well balanced breakfast — good and well sized portion of food for dinner and lunch — very good location — hotel staff very helpful with a good knowledge of English Improvements: — the amiability of the restaurant' staff — the instructions on "how to properly use the thermal baths" — there is an indication of not staying more than 20 mins in a pool, but no further more explanations on that. I think a one pager explaining the benefits as well as risks of improper usage of the thermal baths would help a lot. For those not used culturally to sit outside in the cold weather with their heads all wet — an explanation on how to properly benefit and which are the risks of improperly use the outside pool of thermal water would also help. CONs: we were unpleasantly surprised by the superficiality of the indoor pools surveillance personnel. There were MULTIPLE couples almost on the edge of having sex in the Jacuzzi, and no observations in that sense was made by the guardians to maintain the level of decency to a decent level.

Great place. Thermal spring in the mountains.

Poor Service, boring food, not even the simplest dishes like Spaghetti taste.
