Very Nice place and good spa and swimming pool lovely rooms with good beds, the only bad thing is that the bathrooms don't have a lock. Good service.

Swimming facilities were wonderful, food was good but not excellent and the beds very comfortable.

Hotel room very nice. Entire hotel a maze of stairs and lifts. Service Personal Top, breakfast buffet very good. Dinner Good but too little. Choice of menu small. Why do you have to write asparagus Velouté on the map when it is simply an asparagus soup?

Spa and swimming pools at the top. Too bad the outdoor pool was closed for work but we were warned.

Staff are cheerful and helpful. Food is also delicious. However, when we did the booking, we didn't know the outdoor swimming is still under renovation untill a week ago before we arrived. It's so sad we are unable to use it and won't be notified when we made the booking although free coupon to another thermal have been provided for us. The reason that I had booked this hotel was the outdoor swimming poor facing the stunning view.

Very well located, clear and in good condition, outside the building by location is dated, beautiful spa and good kitchen.

For my second experience at the Bristol, I am satisfied with the room as well as access by the lift directly to the thermal baths.
Breakfast is varied and fresh. The staff are welcoming and rather smiling which for me is a sign of quality.
The only negative thing about our weekend was the bar. We arrived first and were served last. Not to mention that the glass was brought to my wife and I was forgotten for 10 minutes. Fortunately another server came to ask for the order again.
For a four star and rates that go with it, personally I find it inappropriate.
On the other hand in the center of Leuk there are nice bars. :)

Hotel quiet, clean, top staff and very helpful, great eating, bar with walkfire and dogs are at the small are accepted. Bravo.

Atmosphere a little old-fashioned for the common areas of the hotel, the deco hasn't changed since the age of 40, but, fortunately, very well looked after. Rooms nice and quite large for a hotel of mountain. Breakfast hearty. Big plus of the hotel : the spa with swimming pool inside and outside, sauna, steam room, rest room, gooseneck, jacuzzi, in short very complete and modern. Massage very well too. Hotel close to the cable car to the torrent. Resto well without more. I recommend, excellent value for money for the quality and the equipment.

Nice and simple hotel, with a nice wellness area. Breakfast is ok but easy enough for a 4 * hotel slightly narrow. Staff is Z. T. Not attentive e. G. Toaster in the morning not plugged in etc. Rooms are big and clean, pleasant. If you don't have too much expectations, it's OK.

Very good hotel with excellent services. The staff are helpful and always available. He speaks French as well as German Switzerland. The Baths of the hotel are relaxing and great.
The only downside is the bedding a little too firm.
A hotel in which we will return and recommend!

The service was dismal. My god!

I had a great time at Le Hotel Bristol. The view from the balconies are amazing. Small things like great water pressure in the shower and adjustable shower head height were really nice. The pools, sauna, and steam rooms were clean and inviting. Although some buttons in the pool weren't working properly.

Hotel with a beautiful setting, qualified staff and very nice restaurant otherwise the pools are great they will make you feel comfortable so that I want to get out.

Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff, rooms are good size and cleanliness.
The bathing area is very nice and invites you to linger.

The place is very nice… The hot thermal water pools both outdoor, in the snow, that inside are ok ok ok. Sore note the hotel parking that you pay aside and the restaurant that for one wont eat is nothing short of bad.

The spa pool is clean, comfortable, the rooms are spacious, but the house is built on the mountain, the elevator is not easy to find the room.

Nice Hotel with a thermal spa but nothing special about the thermal spa. More of a great view from the balcony. A nice snowy mountain where you can sleep facing it. =)

Nice thermal pools, especially in winter.

Extremely family friendly overall. Restaurant is very easy and good, although a bit on the expensive side. The pools and spa are lovely, easy to use and very fun inside and out. Some buttons for water jets aren't working, but generally very nicely done. The accessibility is not great for strollers or prams, so keep that in mind.

The Baths of the hotel are spacious and pleasant; The hotel garage is not suitable for larger vehicles than the Fiat 500 (everything is narrow).
Breakfast is good; On the other hand in the evening meals remind of industrial food (Prodega style) to avoid.
The room maintenance staff did not invent the powder; They forget the linens etc… and they seem unmotivated by what they do.
The fitness only carries the name… because there is little material.
Conclusions: Go for two days but do not eat there and park outside if you do not want to dent your car.

Spacious and well equipped family room, breakfast at will and very varied. Indoor and outdoor pool quite large. 100m from the public swimming pool and the center. Close to the gondola. Covered Garage for the vehicle (fee). Very satisfied with the benefits.

Loved the private spa, which has lots of spigots, massage jets, and several jacuzzi areas. There was also a sauna and hot steam room, all free for hotel guests. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had with a very large selection, including lots of fresh fruit. We had a room that was facing the other building, so nothing special there. The traveler pass they give you gets you discounts to the local area activities. You get free tennis, ping pong, badminton etc time at the sports arena, but you have to pay to rent equipment, which was reasonably priced. If you have a travel pass, use that to purchase Gemmi or Rinderhütte tickets. If you don't have one of those or you have a flex pass and it's not a travel day for you, purchase the Gemmi passes at the reception desk (they just add it to your hotel bill) for 20 CHF round trip instead of the normal 34 CHF (but it's 17 CHF with a Swiss travel pass). Overall great experience at the hotel, the private spa was definitely worth it over going to the public thermal baths.

We are accustomed to very different comfort at a 4-star hotel.

Spacious and bright with absolutely stunning views of the mountains. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather conditions and make use of the gigantic roof terrace but even with bad weather or snow this apartment has a fireplace and looks like it would be cosy in winter. What made our weekend at the Le Bristol special, is that there are plenty of things to do for all ages: great hikes, mountainbiking, easy walks, swimming in thermal waters, sauna, hammam etc. The service was kind and attentive, the breakfast buffet big and delicious and the food in the restaurant modern with local ingredients, decorated with love and attention and extremely tasty. I can only recommend coming here — no matter your age or intention for a holiday — you'll be sure to return refreshed and relaxed. :-)

Nice hotel with its own hot springs, indoor and outdoor pools. Highly recommended if you want to avoid the crowded Burgerbad. Some rooms are renovated and good. Small bathrooms. Breakfast not include. Parking not include. Happy overall. Been there twice.
