Friendly, both at arrival and departure. Our room was a nice size, very clean and functional. Breakfast really is excellent. It's not the deluxe hotel but well worth the money and the human touch makes this place special. The restaurant on street level is also very good and the live 70's music (or was it 80's? ) was a laugh. I'd definitely stay again.

Good location, modern rooms, friendly reception.

On the colder side of things, place is not centrally heated and even with the heating in the room on full the room was a bit chilly still. However, the breakfast included is very extensive. The views are very nice. The hotel also has a restaurant included in the basement and it's very cosy and cabin style. The elevator is a little small, be sure to press the floor button after the door closes.

Great hotel. Excellent service. The hotel is located in the center, which means very close to the bus stop and supermarket. Walking to two main terms will take two to five minutes. Dinner can be ordered. In the building of the hotel there is a restaurant that will allow to diversify Lojkerbadskie evenings!

Good choice of pizzas … and served at any time. Prices are reasonable. But like all terraces, it's difficult to avoid the smokers.

We come to Leukerbad again for Autumn vacation. Remind me that we wanted to have dinner last summer, but this restaurant was full. The staffs could have told us that they could not take us, instead of ignoring us. We will not consider going to this restaurant and staying in the hotel anymore.

Had confirmed us in writing to having a balcony, it was not there! Surprising.

Good hotel with well-maintained room, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is also good: close to the village center, ski rental places and start of the hiking routes. The ski lift is about 10 minutes walking. The only issue was the language, as some of the staff spoke only French, some only bad German and no one was enthusiastic about using English with us. That led to a small miscommunication, but nothing serious.

The room is not only old but very old! Toilet is extremely small and old-fashioned. Looked more of a Motel. For the price of 180. — I would def. Expect more.

According to students who were in the camp in Leukerbad, the best pizza ever, pure kindness. Thank you.
