Beautiful spa, super friendly staff but the hotel kitchen disappointed and very much. Since we were a group of 12, the hotel wanted to know in advance what we wanted to eat. Due to the still valid 4-person-per-table rule, we have even said that not all dishes have to be ready at the same time. Nevertheless, we waited over 2.5h for our food, it came lukewarm, the meat was not fried through and there were missing ingredients, which were listed on the menu. Very disappointing for a 4* hotel.

Warm welcome, personal care. The Spa undeniably keeps its promises. The room is clean and very cozy.

Beautiful hotel with a "Chalet atmosphere" décor, with a welcome and the most attentive staff. We loved the comfort of the rooms, the breakfast buffet and the massages, we had a week of dreams and unforgettable moments, we will come back!

Great hotel and spa. I highly recommend.
All the staff is pleasant. Celine at Reception is particularly friendly and welcoming.
Pity the restaurant was not open also for lunch and dinner.
As a vegan, I think it would be great to have at least some non dairy yoghurt and milk in the breakfast buffet.

A great hotel. Beautiful rooms, superb views of the mountains. It has an extensive spa area with and indoor and outdoor pool.

Very helpful staff. They have an excellent fine dining restaurant that is normally closed in the off season but they were gracious enough to open for us. We had the best raclette ever!

Good place to relax and enjoy some amazing views. Cant say much about the food because I didnt have a chance to eat.

An inviting spa area and all new… of rooms decorated with great taste, an address to recommend without hesitation…

Best hotel we've ever been too hands down. The spa was just amazing and a great way to unwind inbetween travelling around Europe. The outside pool was just stunning and the views!

Enjoy a splendid suite. Relax in an idyllic Spa. But a big downside as the hotel restaurant. The Clos des Cimes was closed for two days. Too bad for a 4 star hotel. We'll choose our dates better next time.

Too expensive and no sunshine.

The spa is great, big and very nice at night when it's lit up. The fitness is a little small but good with a nice view. Very nice bathroom. Carnotzet very friendly and personal friendly but should be even more attentive to their clientele.

Charming and warm place, just in relation to the standing he wants to have they should make a small effort on the quality of their services with the staff. Otherwise spa, hotel and restaurant at the top.

Beautiful hotel, a typical room and very beautiful. SPA at the top with several saunas, a large heated swimming pool. Very nice breakfast with good quality products.

I spent a night with my baby. It was grand, free access to the SPA.
Book in advance if you want to eat there.

Spacious and modern room with a chic chalet style. Breakfast with great choices. Very good Service. The spas remain the highlight of the altar! A pretty exceptional quality! A lot of different saunas and varied. A space for children, an igloo corner, a beautiful relaxation area, a nice outdoor dwarf and a swimming pool… But the strong point is the dirty water bath where you can float. At 2, a moment of great relaxation.

Great location We were upgraded for free in the mezzanine room. To recommend warmly!

We just loved our stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Well-located Parking, welcoming receptionists, beautiful spa, superb room, everything is well thought out in the hotel, restaurant: Excellent menu and top breakfast. A real blow of heart!

The hotel as the spa are at the top, we were fortunate to have the spa without too many people and it is only more enjoyable, everything is mixed with taste, both the materials and the genres and styles.
I really advise you!

The hotel itself was very pleasant and, and staff was helpful. The spa was enjoyable, with quite a wide selection of facilities (including a great ice cave at — 20 deg C, and a high salinity pool). It was also one of the very few hotels in which I never feared running out of toilet paper. The restaurant at the hotel lets the edifice down a little; it is not bad, but lives up to the regular inflated prices without leaving you with a feeling of having gotten food exactly matching the expectations (that said, the food is on par with every other regular restaurant around).
