Great hotel to stay in for couple of days. Rooms are quite small but the staff is wonderful.

Unpleasant impact.
Dirty room, with very small bathroom and devoid of everything.
I had to ask for the room that Was due to me in the face of the payment made.
Kindly they provided the next day.
Wi-Fi does not exist.
On the other hand great breakfast and very friendly staff.

I'm not giving up his four. Stars at the hotel, although the manager is a kind man, very professional, serious and attentive.
Minimalistly decorated room overlooking a closed courtyard. Lack of air conditioning, hence significant heat in the room.
However, note: good bedding and clean spaces.
Breakfast room more commonly resembling a dining room;
decoration and intimacy to review. However, the breakfast products are very decent and well diversified, in quality and quantity.
The manager is very courteous, very kind, attentive and good advice (5 stars for this gentleman).

Nice hotel, good for an overnight stavning, but I would not stay there for more than that. Room was good with a fresh feeling and very soft beds. Breakfast was not the best I even had, but good enough.

Reception A quiet, friendly and comfortable hotel, unpretentious. 5 minutes from the Metro St Eriksplan. Special Mention for the breakfast buffet.

A great hotel. Great location for a city break. By bus from Arlanda airport very easy to reach — stop (Nortull) approx. 150 m away from the hotel.
Booked with breakfast — great Buffett — everything your heart desires. Nice staff — always trying to fix everything. Courteous and nice. Note: English is an advantage. It is also within walking distance of the subway. Or if you want to hike and discover the city, go on foot — Google Maps helps immensely — those who would still like to reach goals should use maps via public transport — everything is indicated bus line subway and transfer or stops.
As a tip: Buy more Day ticket 3/5 days online… Cheaper than entry fees etc. Throughout. Many possibilities: Bus subway boat museums. See Internet.

Basic bit worn out hotel, ok for price in Stockholm, but no mirracles. Breakfast was ok as well, room bit too dark (no main light source, just few small laps like bra), big flat screen tv. No problems with late checkout, people at the reception very friendly.

One thing is very sure, this is not a 4 star hotel. Typical 2.5 star hotel with a lot of noise problems and not any extreme comforts that would put it not even close to 4 stars. It seemed like a very old maybe 3-4 stars hotel which nowadays is not fresh at all. The breakfast was not worth at all as it was extremely minimal and not even 3 stared according to my experience from many other hotels I visited in the past. Sad facts considering the amounts of money a night costed there. Uncomfortable beds to my taste without a choice to change anything. The iron was so bad it was actually spilling huge amounts of water on our clothes. Not to mention that I got as a change another room that had no windows, a fridge beside the bed which sounded like a bus. Me and my girlfriend would definitely NOT recommend it. Only positive some nice receptionists.

Great staff, good food. But maybe not a 4 star hotel. The bathrooms was not build with right standards. Some wires hanging around and some cracks here and there. But overall it was a good hotel to stay at.

Location: Very Central, 8 min from the nearest Metro rooms: King bed very comfortable, rooms always clean very friendly staff and Herrvorragender service.

The hotel itself has a sort off modern design. The deluxe double room was ok. I was expecting better but it was good enough. Cleanliness though could be improved. The toilet didn't look like it had been properly cleaned for days. I had to check out early cause of my flight and ordered for early breakfast. They packed a on the go box for me which was greatly appreciated. Great location for those wanting to catch the bus to the airport. The stop is only 2 mins away.

Very good hotel. Downtown walking distance, subway just around the corner. The only downside to a SuperiorDouble room is very small and the windows are drafty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and good.
conclusion, we would book the hotel again at any time, but not at the standard rate.

The hotel is nice and cozy. Also the rooms are up on the standard from continental chain. Unfortunately my bathroom is of unacceptable size. I have attached photos on Local Guides, I'm sorry but the size of the sink and shower are zero rated. I put three stars in the room, I would have placed zero for the bathroom. I'm here on business and my company always pays for average high standards. Never seen such a thing, not even in the poorest areas of Europe.

The hotel was very nice and had a great bar attached to it with an amazing staff. While the rooms were a little smaller than I expected, they were pretty cozy. Our group had a good time and I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks for the hospitality!

It is a hotel of high standards. Nice, clean rooms, good service, nice staff. The architecture of the whole place is great-looking, and high-street-modern. The location is optimal for an "in-town" experience, yet still without the loud environment.

Scandinavian design, wide panoramic windows in the room and a good view of Stockholm, nice details (hand cream with soap, iron and board, tea and coffee maker), abundant breakfast. Full of shops nearby, to the subway 5 min walk, to the center 20 min walk. Perfekt for a bussiness trip and for tourists who like to walk.

In the hotel courtesy and great breakfast. Bus to the airport nearby. My room was clean. Quiet area, Metro to 800m. I recommend this Hotel. I go to Stockholm often and I think I will return to that Hotel.

Absolutely the best hotel to stay at in Stockholm. The staff go the extra mile, beds are comfy, there's a big gym, and the hotel is in walking distance to so much! Super classy! Highly recommend!

1. Breakfast was superb. The food was very fresh. I really enjoyed eating it.
2. The staffs were really kind, supportive and always smiling. Good people!
3. I could print whatever I needed (ex. Internet tickets) at the lobby. There is a PC and a printer across the counter.
4. I loved the city view from the balcony on the 11th floor. I could smoke and enjoy the view at the same time. Amazing!
5. There is an airport bus station 50m away from the hotel. Great hotel location indeed.

Good value for money. Very welcoming stuff, good breakfast, nice view to Stockholm roofs from 11 floor. Kettle and some tea/coffee selection, iron in the room. Cleanliness could be better in some places.

Two nights spent at this comfortable hotel, located in a modern area of the city. Well connected by the Metro and Arlanda Airport (the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel). Very quiet, clean rooms, breakfast buffet very rich and possibility to dine in the adjoining pub.

Feast of the Immaculate Conception, I chose the hotel because you pretty close to the airport and the city centre.
Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, 5 min from metro (4 stops dat T-Central Station).
The breakfast, the room was quite large.

The room we had were very hot, so we needed the windows to stay open. And because of that, it was very loud. We paid 295x3 SEK for a parking space in the garage, which was very small and no spaces available at all. The breakfast were good, not so much to choose between. The hotel layes far from Stockholm city, so we used our car, and payed for parking (40 SEK for the hour). I will not stay here the next time I'll visit, that's for sure!

Our room was really hot, the bed was worn out and the room was in need of renovation. Be aware that the location of the hotel requires a healthy walk or taxi to get to the city centre. The breakfast was OK though!

Had a great room at a great deal for five nights. Always replaced towels, new toiletries. Room a bit warm without the heating on, can open windows but a bit noisy as the front nearer the road. Breakfast times great as quite long if you wanted a sleep in, with a great choice, freshly topped up throughout. Choices of porridge, breads, rolls, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, tomatoes, cereals, crisp bread, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, tea, coffee, juices all as much as you liked as a buffet. Staff pleasant and professional. 10 mins walk to metro, buses good. Recommended.

I recommend it.

Neither elite or palatial. Despite having a large enough bedroom, my bathroom was like something from a hostel. No bath, weak lukewarm shower and a chipped toilet seat. My room looked out onto a main road and the noise was really annoying. Room service took 1hr15mins to cook a steak, which was almost inedible by the time it got to my room. Breakfast buffet was large but disorganised. I won't be staying here again.

Beautiful lighting in rooms and hallways. Some rooms face to middle so you see other's rooms. Lidl next door for cheap snacks. Lively outdoor bar next door. Busy road. Cooler and safe in room. Public Wi-Fi that works well. Haven't seen gym or breakfast yet.

Cheap accommodation, super service and good breakfast food. Also good access to public transportation (start the bus number 65 towards Endoved and Metro).

Quiet and tidy room, not too big. No air conditioning, so it was hot on arrival. Friendly staff and good jogging routes nearby. Gym closes early on weekends. Longish walk to T-bana, but easy to find.

Room facilities not up to date, and the beds are cruel. They correspond to two pushed each other sofas.
Unacceptable for the price.
