Just been there 24/10-25/10-2019. Not the best service that no one did answer the signal when we were in the garage and waited for somebody to let us in. Another thing was my own fault maybe that I was so stupid and forgot an expensive skin product Sensai Cellular Performance Emulsions II 100ml, when I came back home and I just realised that I forgot it there and I rang them up. They said the cleaners have finished for the day and they will check and call me back the next day.
I had to call them anyway and they said they couldn't find anything that has been forgotten in the room and it made no sense for me, I'm 100 % sure that the staff or the cleaner have taken that and seems like the manager doens't bother much.
So people check it up clearly before will leave the room in case it's gonna end up like my situation now. I did expect that they would be honest to the customers and give back the stuffs that people have been forgotten there. So people who are working there now please think about it and be a better person!

Quiet street Lively Dining Area.

Nice place to stay, a bit far away from the central, but transports are convenient and frequent. Nice place for people with pets, free of charge and even provide a blanket and bowl for the pet!

The location is exceptional. Only 250m to the Sickla kaj light rail stop and there is a ferry option to get to the central city if you walk 250m towards the canal and along the canal for 5 minutes to the left. Reception is friendly and flexible if you ask nicely. The rooms are practical Swedish style with lots of space. There is a jug and an iron. On the top floor is a sauna, a gym and a great view. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice. The air conditioning is a little hot and some families might need a fridge but we were very happy. Free use of the bikes is a bonus.

It's a great hotel. It's quiet, it's warm, it's clean. It's a lovely breakfast. Attentive staff. The view is beautiful from the window and from the roof. From our room the view was on the ski slope, pipe and tunnel. ) There is a small gym on the 15th floor. Not far from the hotel are two grocery stores and one wine shop, a cafe. The restaurant also works in the hotel itself. Wi-Fi works well.

Staying in Park Inn hotel was the second worst experience we had during our trip to Sweden. The first one was paying for a train trip where the train never shown up in the waxjo station and our money was not returned because we did not have the four digit code Swedish have. We were on a bus tour to Stockholm and stayed at this hotel for two nights. Park Inn is rated as four star and we were expecting much more than we really experienced. There was no air conditioning or even, ventilation system working in room 304. There was no in-room fridge. No cabinet, and no bed-side table. The only positive thing about this hotel was the complementary breakfast. Overall, Park-Inn Hammarby is more like a Bed & Breakfast facility; not a four star hotel.

Great beds, perfect automatic air conditioned rooms and one of the better breakfast experiences I've ever had. Service minded and friendly staff.

Ok hotel. Not a 4 star, as advertised. No fridge in the room, so if you have kids/babies (milk) its a challenge. Nice restaurant with outside tables. Breakfast is edible, nothing special. 10-minute walk to the boats to go to city centre.

Nice and comfortable hotel. They have quite good rooms, room service are OK. Absolutely amazing view from the roof top, where, by the way, gym and sauna are located. Nearest tram station is only one minute walk. About 30mins in all to get to the central station. Regular breakfast, keep in mind that if you are gonna leave hotel early and want to take breakfast with you, pay extra.

Friendly front desk. It’s a great pet friendly hotel without extra charge when bringing our dog. Spacious room with bathtub! Bed is comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely according to the expectations: clean and tidy. The rooms are correct size, with a very wide window, which makes the view very nice. Breakfast is well organised and varied (including, by the way, eggs and bacon). One miss: a nice expresso.

I like to stay here during my visits in Stockholm. Nice rooms, frendly staff and yummy breakfast :D.

Great hotel. Handy for the Tram to get into the office. Short walk to Luna to catch the free ferry over to Sodermalm.

Breakfast buffet was great, toilet was a little too small.

Dinner in restaurant early evening. Burger and beer. Friends had fish, trout and cod. Service was swift but sporadic with staff swooshing from table to table and bar. Burgers were great and the fish greatly appreciated. Drinks selection was limited but adequate. Environment sparse and resembled a canteen rather than a restaurant.

It is a hotel of average quality, medium high, its prices are average, neither very cheap nor very expensive. Its rooms are very clean, spacious, warm, comfortable, the hotel facilities are first class. I don't know how many stars you have but I don't care whenever I return to Stockholm I'll go to this hotel and in another Scandinavian country I will first look for a Radisson Park Inn. No complaints, no complaints, no surprises, really recommended. It's my hotel in Stockholm.

The hotel is in a nice area of Stockholm. Close to tram stop. To the center 12 minutes by taxi, or 20 by tram + Metro. Convenient access by car. There is an underground parking, but expensive (25 euro/day). Panoramic windows in the rooms with views of the city or the mountain with tunnels. Spacious rooms with good soundproofing. Comfortable bed with a hard mattress. On the 15th floor there is a small fitness room. There's a ping pong table. The sauna with a panoramic window is also on the 15th floor. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. They gave me a move in the morning (10:30).

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast with enough to choose from. You can make coffee or tea in your room. Beautiful view of the city but I guess that depends on what room you get. No minibar, small closet for clothes, only 17 TV channels and rooms a little cold for what I am used to.

Very modern hotel, and friendly staff at the reception. It’s ok for a short stay, like 1 week. After that, you just want to go out of your room. What I didn’t like was I didn’t had any room to put my clothes, so had to leave them in my luggage. Like I said nice for short stays.

For a lot of needs can be checked in.

Excellent hotel, great service, especially for kids! We were even given a room in which we could use our babyphone so we could have dinner in the restaurant while our daughter was sleeping!

Hotel is new & clean. Room is nice and tidy. Beds are a bit small, like in the region, but comfortable. Breakfast is very good. We enjoyed every bits of it. Location is a bit off the city. This is a newly developed area, ask told by staff. Surrounding buildings are very nice. Two supermarkets are within 5 mins walk. You should consider this hotel if you don't mind the distance from downtown Stockholm.

I love this area and hotel, really quite and Perfect for the run lovers. Service of the highest level, breakfast is good, nice view from the top floors and fitness area. Always stay here in business trips. Higly recommended to visit.

The staff members were friendly, efficient, and available without being in your business. Room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide variety, fully stocked, and some of the best breakfast hours ever. Hotel is located away from city action, but nice community. I enjoyed my stay.

I like raddison hotel but this is last time ever I Will stay there For this happend to My car and there was no warning sign anywhere and when I complanet to reception they told me they have a sign inside when the Doors Open and this just doesnt make any sence the sign is inside after u drive in now I have to pay själv risk 5000kr vs no any merci ur combostation at least from radisson the night For free For what happend and no signs warning about the high off the car.

Love this place. Within a walking distance to public transport and not far from the main attractions of the city. Breakfast is their power horse! Rooms are good! Housekeeping could be better though! Staff are very helpful and friendly. I still have few days left! And I'm gonna miss this place. Love Sweden and the Swedes are Fantastic! I'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the hotel one night. The room was spacious, modern and clean. A huge window offered a magnificent view. The on-site garage is a bargain if you travel by car.

We have here a very nice family room for 4 people. The Breakfast is good, the staff friendly. On the Tram, good connection to public TRANSPORT. Good base for city holiday.

We were here for the Mid Summer festival. Rooms were great, full blackout which we needed! Great breakfast too!

Nice quiet area of Stockholm, staff are friendly and rates are relatively good. Gym equipment and gym area needs some attention as some of it isn't working, no towels available and it is too warm in the morning for a decent work out. Shower in the room flooded the bathroom floor every morning, and bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable.

Good for a weekend. Nice breakfast. No cupboards for long stay (I am staying for 2 weeks). Room view from upper floors is good. Unfortunately I had the other side view. Had colleagues laptop's stolen from the breakfast area. So be careful during the tourist season.

Sauna and gym included in price, clean and spacious rooms, nice view from the top. 30-40 min from T-Centralen.

Stayed at the Park Inn for one night, as I had a meeting on the south side of Stockholm. The hotel has a nice new feel to it. I was upgraded to a Business Class room with my Concierge Status, which was a nice, spacious corner room, with a view of the ski slope. Breakfast was a decent spread. I will return, and have already booked my next stay.

Stockholm, September 2010, my Office in Nacka, just Park Inn is the closest to the hotel. When I go to, a part of the hotel was being renovated the rectification, I'm here to get a room on the higher, can be seen here is very beautiful city views. Trams and shops only a few minutes walk from station 24/7. Staff were polite and very helpful, they let people visiting Stockholm for the first time to easily integrate into life here. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Amazing view from my room on the 11th floor. Absolutely loved my stay here, really friendly staff. Good spread of food at breakfast, and good public transport links within a short walk. There is also a supermarket very close by which is convenient Would definitely stay here again!

This is an a super nice area in Stockholm, and a short walk to the 22. The eatery in the hotel is also above average. The gym is on the top floor, and provides a nice view; so nice that National Geographic filmed the skyline when I was here.

I likes to stay here. Friendly, clean and silent. Nice room with everything one needs. Great breakfast with good newspaper. I'll come back.
