The warm cozy bathroom. The orange ginger juice on the breakfast buffet. The bread. The friendly and helpful staff. The minimalist wood meets white linen decor. The location. I can’t say enough great things that I find special about this place … it is pure joy to come back home to Miss Clara after a day of touring Stockholm on weary feet. It is just easy and comfortable to be here. I love it.

Delicious food. Stunning presentation. The restaurant is very smart, but not stuffy and has a contemporary feel. We had some drinks at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready and the barman was very friendly and helpful. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very clean, comfortable and modern. I loved that it still felt like an authentic building even if the inside was very modernized.

We came here on a recommendation to try their brunch, left very underwhelmed unfortunately. The food seemed like it was microwaved and not a lot of care taken. Staff not the most attentive either, no water refilled or asked if I meal was ok. On reflection wished we'd complained but being out on a date without kids after so long we didn't want to waste time. Atmosphere was nice with the live music but that was all I could mention positive.

The hotel staff is really polite, smiling and welcoming. The sauna is great, the breakfast buffet is also very good. Maybe the selection of viennoiserie could be better, and the fresh orange juice could come in both with bits and without bits. Room are calm & perfectly clean. Shower have good pressure and the hot water is constant with a good selection of shampoo / body wash. They also provide slippers which is great since they have a sauna.

It's the staff that really give this place a 5 star. The rooms are good, the food is great (! ) but the staff really care about what they're doing. Brilliant.

Really well placed boutique hotel by Nobis. The style is very simple and Scandi but it works well. They have parking, a big plus if you are staying in central Stockholm. Lovely restaurant with a nice fresh menu. Good traditional Scandinavian breakfast too.

Wonderful design hotel with a simple and tasteful decor, reminiscing the former school that used to be there. Top location and a breakfast to die for! Hint-you can make your own fresh waffles!

I highly recommend the room service: you can order freshly made Neapolitan pizza from the restaurant next door which has been recognized as the best in Stockholm! Overall, a beautiful and clean hotel. I will stay there again.

Rooms are clean but a little small perhaps due to it's location. It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street, subway station and bus stop. Very comfortable stay.

Central place, very elegant hotel. The staff was really nice, when knowing I was in town for an interview they gave me a free breakfast for good luck. Def recommend it!

Great location to visit Stockholm downtown at 10 minutes on foot. Hotel Clean spacious rooms super breakfast like Wi-Fi. The only fault is the lack of cabinets (only four hangers in the room) and zero hangers in the bathroom for shower towels and wet bathrobes.

Nice place, exterior, city view from the room, overall concept and interior is quite stylish and pragmatic, looks sense full and comfortable. A couple of things to improve: too cold inside in winter period, breakfasts strives to be better, no place in bathroom to dry your wet towels/socks, the mirror is located pretty far from the exit door so if you want to check your look before leaving you have to cross the room to another corner to do it: (there were a nice service guys but sometimes you need to request some things expected work by default: still water gifts from booking service, amenities that run out and nothing refreshed during a couple of days until I’ve wrote a note for cleaning staff (shame of me) etc. Also we have a couple of more subjective issues, but still good to be aware of: — they blocking a twice amount of full price on your card (the first one when you arrive and then when you checking out once more, not the same money they blocked before) so you need to be prepared for having appropriate amount on your card if it is not credit type like it works for Ukrainian one. At the end everything is ok and this amount returns to you during next couple of days :) — There was a force majeure issue with our bathroom on Christmas night so we have to move to another room…

We got an upgrade! So we got a great room. Shower room and toilet were separated. I'd say this could one of the classiest interiors in hotel design that I've ever seen.

Perfect room for a weekend stay in Stockholm. It is a great location to explore the city from. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are perfectly Scandinavian, though mine was very small with just room for the double size bed.

Super trendy boutique hotel with design at the heart. Ideal for the creative mind and someone with a bit of cash to spare who isn't on a budget. Fairly central and with plenty of transport options available. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site.

Lovely Scanadanvian hotel. I say that because it's very cultural with lots of wood and cozy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but cute. Nice and powerful showers. A comfortable 24hour gym and sauna downstairs, which I used at 1am after arriving in a rain storm.

Pleasant and clean hotel conveniently located near to train station. But note that there is no complimentary bottled water, tea or coffee. There is no kettle either (but you can request for one). Also, one irritating issue which I experienced is the TV software system periodically displayed a "Unfortunately, BBC News has stopped" error message which appeared randomly even when I wasn't watching BBC (I don't think there is even BBC in the channel list). It must have occured at least 20-30 times and each time, it would stay right in the center of the screen until I pressed the "ok" button on the remote. I reported the issue 3 times over 3 different days, but the issue was not resolved. However the staff were lovely. Counter staff seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is in a central location with plenty of nice restaurants and short walk to main city area. Rooms are exceptional. There's a small gym and sauna which are nice. Would stay here again.

Lovely building, interior & facilities! We only had lunch this time but will stay as well in the future — it was super tasty, plentiful & great service. Good street view (we sat outside) and sunshine too ☀️Tack!

I will dream of this place for a while. Large room, great breakfast and nice spot to use for exploring Östermalm and Normalm. We stayed our second weekend in Stockholm here. Before that, we went to Tallinn for a few days and had to drop some laundry here, so it would be clean when we checked in. Everything went without a hitch. Really enjoyed the service, the quiet, and the bath products (which will forever remind me of our stay here). Thank you!

My first time in Sweden, and I stayed at this great hotel. The staff was friendly and inviting. My room was pretty small, and had a view of a very unsatisfying courtyard, but the restaurant, the staff, and the modern take on the room itself made for a fantastic stay. Extremely centered location, close to shops, restaurants, and in this walkable city, almost anywhere you'd want to go!

Hotel had great vibes with a modern vibe. The restaurant has good food accompanied with a Mixology Bar, where bartenders mix your drinks right in front of you. The hotel rooms, even though small, had great mood lighting and clean bathroom. Highly recommend for your next time in Stockholm!

Note: I did not stay at the hotel. This review is only in regards to the excellent employee Alex, who went above and beyond in trying to find me a room in Stockholm on a night when all hotels were fully booked. After finding out that all places within the hotel brand were booked, he made several attempts to help me get a room at any alternatives that could be at hand. I was slightly inebriated and had my phone had died, which could have ended my impromptu Stockholm night in chaos, but Alex saved my evening. Great service.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, walking distance to Spotify office and lots of gorgeous sights in the city. Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant and a great evening at the centralbadet spa 2 blocks away. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff is always friendly and so helpful to those of us who don't speak a word of Swedish. Very highly recommended — — I'll be back!

Nice restaurant in the center of Stockholm. It is quite spacious, but there are too many tables and it gets super crowded during pick hours. The food is good and the staff is ok. The prices are a bit above the average of the area.

Beautiful hotel, we had a nice time. Waffles for breakfast were delicious! Rooms are a little on the small side (which is understandable considering the building's history) but we managed fine for one night.

Room was great, but looked out onto an office about 20 feet away so people could potentially watch me if I had curtains open. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with lots of options. Hotel location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for my first visit to Stockholm without knowing too much about the area or location, but judging by the reviews I felt quite confident. It is located on a very busy street but the benefit is that you are surrounded by amenities, and being steps away from the closest Metro gives you access to areas further out. In its former life, this was a girl's school built in 1910, and there are a lot of beautiful period features to be found throughout. The interior design is traditional, but very clean and modern at the same time. The service throughout my stay was very good in every department. Had drinks at the bar a few times and it proved to be a very cosy and relaxed space to spend some time. It seemed quite popular with non hotel guests as well, as it was always filled to the brim after work. Managed to eat 2 meals at the restaurant, one of which was a buffet breakfast. The selection for the buffet wasn't overly large but everything served was of a very high quality. As you'd expect at lot of is was Scandinavian cuisine, meaning delicious cold cuts, fish, cheeses, yoghurt, and grains. There was small but tasty selection of hot items which would keep bacon, sausages and eggs folks happy. I found the standard double room to be perfect for the duration of my stay. While the room was compact, it was by no means cramped. The bed and bed linens were excellent as well.

The food is simply AMAZING! I had the seared tuna, which had an amazing blend of flavors. My wife had fish and chips. The batter was to die for! Great service! Definitely going back!

Very nice hotel, right downtown. VERY friendly staff.

Catastrophic — never again. We have never had such a small room in a Hotel, completely without storage (no closet, no shelf) — we've unpacked our suitcases, ultimately, on the floor. The bathroom is also super tiny, without any hooks to a towel or a Bathrobe to hang up. The ventilation in the room would not turn off and the whole night. One of the two elevators was during our stay the entire time defective. In the Sauna Club/Dance Floor music, in a volume which does not allow entertainment to be running. Unfriendly Front Desk staff could not find our Luggage at the end. Never again. Who is absolutely on Design and Design estimates, more than functionality, we liked this Hotel, maybe. And, when you read Through the comments here a lot of "strange" to be written.

Chic hotel with contemporary decor. Breakfast was good. Convenient location.

Because we expected relatively late, when all has been given up, because there's nothing I want to stay the first choice of hotel when I'm in a cat way, Eagle web site to see that Miss Carla hotel. I still think I can recommend this hotel. I'm not demanding, but I think the hotel it's like a surprise. This is a price of good, proper hotel. The hotel has a boutique hotel feel, with separate bathroom, toilet.

This hotel is a former school house. The rooms are smaller, but the norm with Europe. The have modernized it a bit with USB chargers built in. Very close to bars and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk from central station.

Excellent service and great central location. Perfect for couples. There was not much of a view from the hotel though, if that is your thing.

Terrific hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff and exceptional food at the hotel restaurants including the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Very reasonably priced given the very high quality of the hotel. Very convenient for walking the various districts and sights. 10 minute walk from train station. 5-10 minutes walk from hundreds of shops and cafes. Rooms are modern and reasonably sized. Shower is excellent with high water pressure.

This hotel is incredible! The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The receptionist that checked me in was very nice and made me feel like her good friend right away. The room was impeccable, beautifully designed, comfortable and very modern. The gym and sauna installations top notch. Breakfast delicious, varied and high quality. As you can tell I had an excellent stay! Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Stockholm.
