Good location and decent rooms, pretty newly renovated. When we stayed the climate control in the room seemed out of order and the room was very warm. Nice breakfast, but the staff lacked finesse overall. During our stay they renovated the elevator and began drilling at 9 on a Sunday, not so considerate towards the guests.

I was charged 500 SEK (€50) for smoking in the room, neither I nor my companion smoked or ever smoked.
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We contacted the hotel and they did not admit claim, they even told us that they recorded us smoking. I've asked for the images and they refuse. I wonder how they record in a room.
I would never repeat.

Great staff on front desk — very helpful. lovely breakfast. cleaning staff need a bit more training — they were happy to leave without making bed or wiping sink one day — that was disappointing. nice hotel and we would happily return.

Near the station, and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Friendly staff, and a nice selection of beer in the bar. Breakfast pretty good. Room comfortable, lacking some attention to detail. Overall a pleasant stay.

The location is very good but you will have trouble finding parking nearby the hotel because it lies at the pedestrian street (we had to park far). It's in the city center so you can see everything at walking distance. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms were a little cold (could not find the heating but it was ok)

Bad experience. No minibar and not possible to put out the light in the room. Had to take out the card etc. No help when I called. It is also a really high sound from the fan. Not possible to turn down.

Well located near the train station and Storgatan.

Great place to stay: close to city center, charming interiors and wonderful breakfast. Staying here for the second time and would recommend to everyone coming to Örebro.

Old fashioned but it has good location in city center and just 5 min from castle by walking and shops and restaurants around you and has good and kind and helpfull staffs. With very big room suitable till 4 person. Reasonable breakfast and price. The only thing that need in room is safe box but this hotel is just infront of polis station! And very safe.

The room was fine, though provided toiletries were minimal. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent. Wifi was also included which was a nice touch.

We had a very nice and very spacious room. The atmosphere was nice, breakfast good and you could get free coffee all through the day.

Nice, relatively newly renovated hotel close to the city center. Very friendly staff, and a wide variety of different choices for breakfast. A little noisy in the restaurant, and some things in the room that I would perhaps interpret as lack of attention, such as a missing lamp, and two overlapping sheets instead of a big one for a double bed. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

One night, for a family of 5 members in one big room. Very good beds, nicely room and a very nice breakfast.

Rooms were nice and neat stayed for about 2 weeks at this spot ; looked forward to the breakfast each morning, staff seemed helpful only thing the internet Wi-Fi sucked sometimes when it probably got traffic from all the usage. They should look into upgraded and/or solving this if they haven't yet tried I believe.

Very clean hotel with amazing food and very friendly staff. I would recomend this to anyone and I really enjoyed my stay.
