Awesome place but too bad the breakfast was cold. The scrambled eggs cold, the bread was hard, the salmon was out too long. (you were supposed to put salmon on a cold tray btw). The coffee and bacon is good btw.

We booked the Vox Grand Suite which had a stunning view of Vättern Lake. Breakfast was disappointing as we they didn't offer scrambled eggs. They did offer warm juices and milk. Staff weren't really helpful. Reception was supposed to be manned 24/7 but it wasn't. Parking wasn't available despite paying for the most expensive suite… apparently they only have 3 parking spots. Stay here for the great location and amazing view.

Stay at this hotel time to time because of my job.
The drain in the shower was completely blocked (room 338) and its definitely not first time this hotel has issues with the drains. Had to skip my shower before completed, because the bathroom was flooded after 30 seconds. Its not very smart in these corona virus days.
Its not hygienically because the sewage spreads all over the place. Only matter of time before someone get infected by virus or something. They apologise every time, but do not fix the problem!
Now some manager will answer and apologise again — not useful so please dont, USE THE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF WORDS.

The rooms in the basement are very modernly furnished but have no windows.

Really a nice design hotel, wonderful view over the town from 6th floor, good beds, fantastic bathroom (I don’t want to get out…). Really service minded staff and we had a nice, tasteful dinner last night.

Best hotel I visited so far, very high tech. But to be clear we upgraded to the 6th floor and yes it was well worth it. The view is magnificent, chamber is big enough. The gym with a view and well equipped! Breakfast rich and varied. No parking in the hotel but there is a pay parking or if you can find a spot to park on the street, free on weekends. Lovely city too.

Loved the hotel, me and my ex-girlfriend were celebrating our anniversary and we were staying here. At our arrival we were greeted by a really lovely Lady and in our room they had placed a bottle, 2 glasses and a note from the staff. It was really amazing. Loved everything from the cozy rooms to the wonderful breakfeast.

Nice hotel with posh and modern rooms. We had a room on the sixth floor with a great view over vättern. A small gym was located on the same floor which was nice. Unfortunately, we had the room next to the gym and got woken up at 6:30 am because there was someone running on the treadmill and you could hear it very well. Although, this is not a problem if you have a room further away from the gym. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at Vox.

We stayed one night here and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to shops and the canal/lake. The free breakfast was very nice. The a/c wasn't quite working properly so the room was very warm, but I'm sure that's not an issue most of the time as it was unseasonably warm while we were there. My biggest complaint would be the light sensor in the bathroom — it did not stay on very long, which was kind of fun sitting on the pot & waving my arms like crazy to get it back on. Not.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and good breakfast.

The hotel is amazing but the staff needs to learn how to be friendly, smile and not make me feel like a spoiled brat when I ask for a glass of tabwater.

Windowless rooms do the job, nice deco, quiet and clean. The restaurant is a bit pompous, calm down guys your food isn't quite that extraordinary! Breakfast buffet was good, nothing extraordinary either, lack of gluten free options and lactose free options were limited.

Its was not 4 star but 2 or much less, room whithout carpet, cold, whithout aircondiction, not open window, whithout table, whithout refrigerator, large distances between the bed and TV, feels like in psycho hospital. never back again,,

Small but comfy rooms. Perfect for short stays. Good dining area.

Beautiful room. Such a comfortable bed and the bathroom is so lovely. Evening meal in the restraunt was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had to stop for the night at Jonkoping, there is convenient free parking after 18:00 close to the Hotel, it's situated well and close to all the things you want to see in the town and finally the breakfast was amazing.

Visited this hotel for dinner only. Restaurant was a very nice setting and staff were attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and the Swedish version of mulled wine (Glögg) was nice too.

The Room I was in was very small and under ground. The rest is very new and modern.

The hotel is great for travelling to Jönköping, the location is located very centrally but it is not a city I would go to again only because it's a weird city to go to.

Really small rooms without windows at super inflated "trade fair" prices. Charging a reasonably higher price during periods of high demand is one thing, but here we are talking over the top price gouging.

Brilliant. Great service, lovely room, excellent breakfast. Incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel, definitely worth a visit.

Hotel is modern and very well appointed. Ideal for centre of jonkoping. Excellent food. Beware — there small rooms really are small!

I like the Vox. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and you can find a lot of choices. The gym is a bit small but seems to be sufficient. Six floor rooms are ok, those on the ground floor not so much as there are no windows. I am there as a business guest.

Fancy, great looking hotel and restaurant plus bar, great staff. Very smart rooms, the reason it does not get 5 stars is that it offers no parking solutions (unless you find free public spots) and ithas a little bit of extreme luxury finishings that make it look kitschy.

Fantastic hotel that I enjoy coming back to every time I travel to Jönköping! The rooms are quite small but extremely efficiently organised so you still have space for everything you need. There are no windows in the basement and ground floor but that is a plus for me since I like it pitch black when I sleep. The breakfast offers everything you could ever wish for and the dinners are excellent. It is obvious that this hotel has succeeded in attracting locals to meet for an After Work or a dinner which I think is rare but a very welcome addition to just the regular travelling guests. The hotel also has art exhibitions and music gigs at occassions which adds even more a metropolitan feeling to it.

Cool automatized new consept, great location and service, very clean and everything is well built. Rooms on the downstare are very small, but the beds are very good and since there is no windows, you get good sleep.

A truly excellent hotel. Check-in/out is all fully automated unless you get stuck in which you can buzz for assistance. The restaurant/lounge areas are nice with plentiful power sockets littered everywhere. Wi-Fi is fast too! The gym on the 6th floor has stunning views of lake Vettern amd is fsirly well equipped. The rooms are also brilliant. Just basically everything is spec'd to a high standard. A definite recommendation.

A new hotel where everything seems thought through. Very functional, stylish design, all services at one place and no old legacy routines.
