It is a hotel conveniently located in the centre of town, just across the street from the train station. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and are available to help you when you need it. The interiors of the hotel are old and worn, it looks like it has been a long time since it was last renovated, but the beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The breakfast is nice, with a decent selection of choices. Wi-Fi is free and fast.

First of all: you really surprised me with the German-speaking welcome — I wouldn't have expected that!
Nice service, very nice rooms and you can sleep very well.
I was very happy to accept the offer with the dinner and it tasted really well!
Can I only recommend this!

Hotel in the norm of the Swedish hotels, nothing that dicstrabiliante, in the central area so convenient for the center, Sin x the non international breakfast.

We are family of 4 with small children. Room was big with good beds. Receptionis were very nice and profesional. We had access to jacuzzi that kids liked a lot. Breakfest was very good and fresh.

Good hotel, central area with great breakfast. Saunas and Jacuzzis have done the rest!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds but have improvement tour. I'm sure I'll be back.

Looking at the hotel from the outside and first glimpse of the lobby — we thought "oh no. Over the hill. ". BUT everything was great. The staff. The free coffee and cookies. Breakfast. The decor and giant photo in the bed room. The comfortable bed. The lovely historic restaurant across the street. Lovely all around.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the train and bus station, close to the center and museums, walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff, the possibility of early arrival in case of availability, underground parking. Very clean, white linen, big enough rooms, comfy beds, great desk, stable Wi-Fi. Breakfast with the largest selection we have met in Sweden. Tea, coffee, biscuits are free at any time in the lobby. From 17 to 21 free Jacuzzi and sauna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is in the city centre and very close to the train and bus station.

Very welcoming staff. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast. Well located to explore Jonkoping. The only real negative is lack of hotel designated parking… free on the street between 18:00 & 9:00 but not always space near hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect as its so close to the station and yet on a quieter part of the road. The reception area is good for enjoying fika and having space to relax. Our room was very clean and the beds spotless as well as comfortable. As our balcony looked out front we could see the lake. And the breakfast was superb. Enormous choice of fresh food. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Location is fantastic, 5/10 minute walk to most places in the city, if you don't fancy walking there's several bus stops outside and coach/train services within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very high quality! :D.
