Good breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Very efficient service and courteous staff. Rooms were decent. Njoid the stay with turning torso view.

For the price we payed for it, we have nothing to complain. But the room we got isn't that great as on the pictures. The beds where a bit old and worn, painting seriously worn at several places and the couches where damaged. On the other side the breakfast was overwhelming, a lot of choices between bread, eggs, pancakes, juices, … Also the standard check-out at 12 o'clock is comfortable. The lobby is nice and staff is friendly, although they don't answer the phone promptly. We had to try several times. The hotel is located close to the center, both perfect for tourists and business people. Personally wouldn't come back, but I'm sure this hotel will fit perfectly for many people.

Great hotel, loved, clean, cozy, friendly staff, rooms spacious, chic variety of breakfasts, national Swedish dishes (Swedish tifs, herring of two kinds in mustard sauce, pancakes, pate, brie cheese, Variety of cucumbers, dried fruits, tea and coffee constantly) well done! Thank you to the staff.

Nice place overall. Romms are comfy and personnel is very friendly. Baths have a rather unpleasant smell even right after check in, but you don't stay in there all too long so it doesn't really matter. Breakfast is awesome. We only had a minor problem. Our key cards got rejected by the door on a daily basis, so we had to renew them every day. Overall really good place. Would visit again.

Although the location is really great, very close to public transport the rooms are worn out. There are spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling and the furniture is half broken. There is NO air-conditioning or Fan. And the room is very warm in the summer. When you have the windows open for some fresh air don't expect any sleep with the seagulls screening on the roof. Beds are OK. Breakfast was very good and the staff is friendly. It's a shame of the room.

But there is nowhere to devour the budget. : (
Sweden, man! And I've been out of Italy! So the grocery store and the food in the room. And, for the particularly zealous — I'm not a greedy person, but 1, 300 rubles for a hamburger in the nearest institution — it's really too much. Cutlets and buns don't cost it!

The location is lovely, the breakfasts are lovely. But… Hotel "tired" — walls and furniture are worn, although the bathroom is clean, and the room in the corners black cobwebs. The extra cot beds are very uncomfortable!

Employees are wonderful and attentive. Service was good. Place is okay except for when the temperature is warm outside, there's no air conditioner. Fans are limited. It gets uncomfortable.

The hotel itself was very clean. Already a bit old but completely fine. Only at breakfast the staff was completely overloaded. There were no plates, nor cutlery because everything was in use. The selection was fine in itself, though.

Close to Malmo C train station, 10 minutes ' walk from the airport. Opposite is the three-dimensional parking, near the Avis and budget car rental companies, close to the port, decades ago, the original shipbuilding industry developed, after the industrial depression, in recent years, the new industry has been stationed, has a fresh atmosphere.

Clean and practical. Breakfast was a good choice and decent quality. No super fancy hotel but definitely worth the price! If you need the hotel for bed & breakfast (+shower) it's perfect. Parking house right on the other side of the street, 5min. Walk to Malmö Central.

A very convenient location 5 min walking distance from Malmo central train station, nice breakfast, but so-so bathroom.

Is an old hotel, but is cheap and close to the train station and city center. The breakfast is bad and the coffee is not good also.

The rooms are big and clean. Standard breakfast, I can not say anything bad about it. It is located close to the center of old city, 12 M walk. Very close to train station 5m walk.

Enjoyed the stay for a few nights. The room is very comfortable and contains 2 cupboards, a little bench, a 'living room' corner and a TV. The bathroom is quite tiny yet nice, with an Italian shower. There's also a big window, and beds are adjustable. +, the breakfast is included and the employees are really nice!

Quiet hotel, very close to the central train station. Good breakfast. Standard room was a bit outdated and perhaps in need of renovation, but large room and comfortable for 3 nights.

Really good experience. Perfect location near de Stationcentral and close to the city center, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast was really complete with good swedish food. I would totally recommend it.

A great hotel that is centrally located and two block from the central station. The staff is very nice and the free breakfast is very good. Rates are affordable making this hotel the perfect stay. I was very happy with my experience.

I spent 3 days/nights here. Such a convenient location to the Malmö Central Station… 2 short blocks. The "Kock's" breakfast is free, hot and cold and complete. The rooms are quite comfortable and are 50% larger and 50 % cheaper than Copenhagens. Their supper is a little gem. Every night a local restaurant serves up a hot meal on site along with a nicely stocked salad bar. And it's CHEAP. They have cold beer and wine. The staff is young, well trained and know the sites. Daniel, Daniella and Emma made this stay very relaxed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the First Hotel Jorgen Kock.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. Bathroom cleanness could be improved. Very nice breakfast with lots of organic alternatives. Different varieties of products. Highly recommend. 3 minute walking distance from the Central Station (Malmö C), and close to the city center. Staff was really friendly.

Excellent location, close to the station, nice staff, OK Room: the bed is small but comfortable.

The hotel is really nice. Very friendly and friendly staff. Wifi, breakfast included (varied, wide choice of products) Mon-Fri: 6:30/9:30 WE: 7:30/10:30. The standard room is very spacious and comfortable. A large bathroom. No TV (in any case ours did not work). I do not give the 5 stars because the furniture was a little dated and the TV a little too retro to my liking. Otherwise, location: 100m from the Central station, really very convenient.

Positive: Centrally located, nevertheless good parking facilities, clean and especially for Swedish conditions even outside the holiday season unbeatably favorable.
Less good: Quite old-fashioned furnishings (e. G. No light switches in bed-proximity), but this should not fall into the weight.
Negative: Among other things, unclean dishes that have a regular "skin", therefore despite the above-mentioned advantages only maximum three stars overall.
