The best personnel I ever met during my trips! The rooms are clear, the location is close to the sea and railway station. Meals twice a day — morning and evening.

Good hotel with dinner included and great breakfast. The quality of the room was good but not the best I've visited, therefore the four starts.

Really cozy hotel just outside the city center. Breakfast is great and includes a lot of hot options. Dinner is included and can be hit or miss honestly but still nice that it's free.

2 people, we stayed 3 nights. After the room was cleaned, we only got towels for 1 person. When we arrived in the room, there was an old water bottle in the refrigerator. There were several TV channels missing, and the TV blacked out a couple of times during the stay. The location is nice, but would rather have stayed at First which is located on the main street. The breakfast is great, and nice that you get afternoon coffee as well as dinner included in the room rate.

Nice staff and excellent brunch buffet! Not to far from Karlskrona downtown and thw bay area.

Spent 3 days with large family group, nice amenities delicious food and friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel.

When we arrived, we got a free afternoon snack (coffee, tea, cocoa, cookies, etc). In the evening there was a free dinner buffet with lots of both hot and cold food. Dessert and coffee were also included. If you get a (free) Choice Club membership, you get a free (Swedish) evening paper every day. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The dining room was part indoors, part cozy glass porch with a wood stove in the middle. There was also a big barbecue outside, for use during summer. The location is central, within five minutes of malls, cafés and beautiful seaside walks. There's a correctional facility down the street, which might scare some, but it really doesn't matter. The dining room and reception is in one building, and the rooms in another. You get a pass code for the building door, and a key card for your room. The double rooms are very nice, large for the low price, with a large bed and a bathroom with shower (no tub). The TV has basic cable. Every room has a balcony (or porch on the bottom level) which is big enough for two, if you feel like sitting outside for a bit.
