Absolutely fabulous here …staff cannot do enough for you.

Everything from the staff to the food was amazing, Giselle the waitress at the bar was awesome, definitely will be returning.

Amazing ambience, food and warm and friendly staff. A special mention to Stephie at the front desk and Dalia at the Palm Restaurant. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. A perfect place for rest and relaxation. From the Rambadan family. Rooms 621/622

The hotel is not very big; however, they have amazing food, great customer service. Highly recommend it. Only the housekeeping needs some attention.

All the staff members are amazingly great always pleasant everyone even the grounds man when encountered say hello. Melika always give superb service which ever restaurant we attend and she served always with a smile and a caring attitude. Soraya is amazing as well always great with a big smile, drink and food was great. My fave’s was Ms Callixta because of her I was able to enjoy my trip to Saint Lucia 🇱🇨 which I had on my bucket list for a long time she encouraged me to sign up for the joy tour and zip line. But my highlights was the joy tour the best part on my vacation I would do it a hundred time over again and again my kids loved it too. The atmosphere of the hotel meet my expectations. Would I return to st. James club Morgan Bay absolutely yes best vacation ever hands down.

Went on a day pass. Great customer service. Loved the food. The hotel is nice. I hope to spend a night some day. The front desk supervisor was very professional, helpful and accomodating.

We had a great time! This resort is wonderful and the staff is amazing.

Can be as peaceful as you want, can be as active as you want. 3 bordering 4 star. If any complaint, it is that not all restaurants were open on the same day and sometimes just one. Expect hotel tax of EC$70 a day to be paid for on departure. If anything compensates for these two quibbles, it is the staff! They are fantastic, friendly and nothing is impossible. They go all out to make sure it works and management need to recognise and reward this. Any holiday maker who makes a song and dance about anything not to their satisfaction, needs to take it out on their partners not the staff and remember that the hotel is trying to get back to normal after Covid and new owners.

Breakfast choice was particularly good. Nice attentive staff Vegetarian options could have been better as limited and a bit bland. Generally a really nice hotel.

Great food, great joy cruise, very friendly!

Me and my partner Tony was there 2 weeks ago, and cannot fault one thing, the staff were just wonderful and so friendly. We had sea/ garden view the room was spacious and clean, the food was good plenty of choice. And it helped being 84 degrees everyday I would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back. Also recommend Joy cruise where you see a lot of the island, go to the mud bath, waterfall then go to a secluded beach which was just beautiful. Xx.

Great people, great food, only 40 percent vacancy so lots of space and you don’t feel packed in. Rooms were awesome — we got ocean front so we can just open our patio doors and step outside and be steps from the water. Love the coffee shop with great goodies to snack on during the day. Live music at night was not what you would get at a typical tacky tourist all inclusive … more local music which we loved. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place.

Lovely place, lovely food, lovely staff. Only one thing spoiled it, which was the VIrgin Atlantic airline cabin crews. They arrived every 2 days, are very loud, drunk, and clearly don't know how to represent their company nor their country.

Could not have had a more pleasurable experience. Food was great, nice resort, but most of all the staff were top notch! All of them. Shout out to the first line workers and water sports crew! Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one. ♥️

Amazing, lovely beach and activities.

Just came back from a destination wedding with a 20 person group.
There were less than 100 people at the resort so it felt like we ran the place! Staff was very helpful and easy going. The only issue was the closing of most restaurants and having to eat from the same menu almost all week from a couple of rotating restaurants. The food, however, was fantastic. Had our PCR test done the resort, but never left the resort because of Covid curfews and high rates of infection and low vaccination.
Needless to say there were plenty of opportunities for all of the water activities including tubing, water skiing, hobey cats, etc.
Took a day excursion to the Pitons and spent the day snorkeling and hanging out at Sugar Beach.
A wonderful trip was had by all.

Great Resort. This is our 6th visit. Fab for watersports. Free sailing, paddle boards, canoes, inflatable, waterskiing and wakeboarding. Excellent team of staff. New head chief Renee with years of experience in 5* London hotels. Client services very good and helpful with Narissa and Sharon. Management have been asking about feed back following some complaints about food and service and are rectifying. The resort is reopening following Covid. (we are here now for 17 nights). Restaurants are reopening on a rotational basis. (3 nights then close and a different one for next 3 nights) Menu is slowly expanding/changing. Plum tree has been closed but is reopening today? Sandpit beach BBQ is open daily for lunch with variety of fish and meat options including brisket. Facilities opening up as guests numbers increase. Blocks 700 600 500 have been refurbished, new bar, new furniture in main bar, reception refurbished, library room. Coffee shop is good as always. Sitting in it now writing this review. Eating breakfast here as long queue to Bamboo for breakfast. (Palm buffet not open). Covid safe. Sanitizer everywhere. Masks as you walk around and enter restaurants, staff wear masks all the time. All staff double jabbed to work here. Staff levels are low and everything table served so things can be slow. No doubt staff levels will increase as guest levels increase. The fact we keep returning is the best recommendation. Book and enjoy fun in the sun. 😎😎

Me and my wife stayed at Morgan Bay (2014). The service by all the staff was exceptional, we met some holidaymakers who we got along with, and someone else who went to the same secondary school as me in London back in the late 70s/1980s. I remember a cook l think her name was Marilyn? She was lovely. The gym and the overall resort amenities were really second to none. We went on the Segway’s and horse riding, mud bathing at Soufriere, and more. I have family who live in Rodney Bay, and it was nice spending good times with them in beautiful Saint Lucia. 😎❤️

I stayed at this hotel twice. Both times were very pleasant. The staff were on point. The atmosphere very quiet. The hotel is very clean.

The hotel and staff are amazing! The location is beautiful and there is lots to do, including water sports right off the private beach. Good variety of day trips, which the staff have great knowledge of and are happy to recommend. The boat day trips are 100% worth the money and you get to see more of the island. The food in the hotel, in which ever restaurant you eat in is brilliant and the staff are more than happy to help with any allergies.

First off all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Then all down hill, not the quality we have been used to in the Caribbean. Room was very dated, no nice shower. No Wi-Fi in room unless you pay $12 per day, bit less per week.
No drinks in room, including water, unless you pay through the nose for things from a menu.
No room service unless you also pay through the nose. Drinks through the day were ok. Quality at the restaurants was average, but buffet was poor. Really poor entertainment in the evening and no food after 9pm and drinks stopped at 11pm. People taking drinks back to room. Everything’s winding down, (mainly due to Coronavirus) all restaurants closed except buffet.
All Acivities stopped, all tours stopped and little bit of entertainment stopped.
This is all understandable and does not affect my opinion of the place. Well done to the resort and staff for the steps they took with sanitizer to keep all guest safe. Our flight home was cancelled due to flights stopping to St Lucia on the day of our flight home.
Thankfully we got a seat on another flight, but 6 days earlier than the original flight.
We had a 14 day holiday booked and got 8, so the people on 11 days holiday who flew out with us stayed the full time. Will not be returning, sorry to say our experiences of Mexico, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic have been much much better. If I had to give a mark out of 10, it would be a 4.

Such a beautiful resort. Really friendly staff, couldn’t do more for you. Lovely beach with water sports. Amazing food and drink! Would love to come back already and we haven’t even left yet! ♥️

It’s ok. If this is your first vacation. I have been very lucky to have travelled a lot and also to many all inclusive resorts. Great staff, Pretty place, yet no speacial wow factor besides a view of the ocean which all resorts have. Where they fall short is the all inclusiveness of an all included resort. No room service, no late night food anywhere after dinner, bars shut down at 11pm and so does any activity or music etc… They could also give you normal sized tropical drink glasses rather then a child’s plastic cup. And it’s all bottom shelf liquor. Always get two drinks at a time. I only ate at the Palms Buffett and it was also nothing to rave about but I got fed. They do spray for mosquitoes 3 times a week so I didn’t get a single bite while I was there. That’s a plus! The outside the resort excursions are good but they have nothing to do with the resort so. The beach is nice. Small yet big enough to sit on. You Cannot take long walks on the beach. You can walk about 200 yards maybe left where there’s a fence and the right is a cliff (safety wise that’s nice). Also there is only Wi-Fi in the lobby and the more expensive rooms for $10 per day. By the way the pools close at 6pm which is before the sun even sets. What’s that about?
What was my most favorite things about this resort? Rinus the bellhop is The bananas and ice cream are #2… and a clean beach is 3.

I couldn’t say enough about this place! My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon. The people were amazing, the food was awesome and the view is spectacular. They offer several different restaraunts, mine was Tree Tops as I love Italian food. My husband had a hard time picking his favorite but he then said Morgan’s Pier. The resort offers lots of excursions for guests to book and they are also good at finding you something to do if you just arrived and what you wanted to book isn’t available. Our two favorite excursions were hiking the Pition (pretty strenuous but well worth it). And the Land and sea excursion by Jeep! That one was awesome because you toured the island in a Jeep and got to see historical sites, the rainfall, the mudbaths, you can snorkel, you eat an amazing lunch and get to come back via the boat. I would highly recommend this resort. A few helpful suggestions. In US currency don’t bring anything over a $20 as it’s very hard to get change. And also pack a rain jacket or umbrella as it rains randomly. Hopefully you book here and have the amazing experience we did!
