I was in transit in Colombo on my way to Jakarta and got this hotel to stay, courtesy Sri Lankan airlines. I was totally disappointed. I expected a fancy beach house with a touch of class. But what I got was hotel with an old mediaeval time furniture & likes. The rooms even though clean didn't look very attractive with those old style dark rosewood furniture. In fact the dark ambiance was a bit scary. Same with the reception area and the restaurant. When I reached the hotel it was around 10.15 pm and I was told that the complimentary dinner buffet was closed/over! The chef somehow managed to get for me a plate of rice, dal & cooked potatoes. Thanks to him otherwise I would have had to sleep on an empty stomach. To add to my woes, the air-conditioner in my room was not working. I could have complained and got the room changed, but I was so tired after a very busy day, and it was late in the night and I had just about four hours to sleep, before getting up to catch the next flight, so I just let it go. Stayed for just 4 hours (23:00 to 03:00) so dunno much abt the place. But staff and service is very good. Rooms are also very comfortable.

This hotel was planned to us by sirilanka airline because the waiting between the flight was more than 9 hours. The rooms quite nice and tidy. The breakfast has variety of choices. We are going to umrah and we stayed here for one night. Every thing is convenient due to God's mercy. At the back of hotel, there is beach and you can auto (three wheel motorcycle driver). By hiring auto with around 10-15$, he will show the whole Colombo around.

The location Is really good and the private beach is nice, though the sea is not safe for swimming. There are some good restaurants on the beach just a stroll away. Only a few sea view rooms. The rest are on two long corridors with your own outdoor seating area but they face each other across a courtyard so not private. There is a lot of coming and going at all hours as it's a stopover hotel for airlines with delayed flights etc. Pool looks good but is not clean. All in All, not good value for money and I won't stay again.

The hotel was a one night transit for me. Firstly, they do say they provide us with light refreshment or whatever that is, but at the end there was no such thing. And they planned to provide that during checking out. The rooms are old, the air condition doesnot work, nor there is any room key system available. It was a hot humid night and it was difficult to fall asleep. The shower does not provide hot water, the flow of water is irregular and the water exit remains closed. The only good thing would be the towels and toilet accessories, they were up to the standard. The location of the place is beautiful, but I personally felt the staff did not show hospitality and professionalism in dealing with the transit passengers.

Food was quite ok, went for a weekend lunch. Serving time was really long. Pricing was affordable, parking is available. Has decent cleanliness.

Vary nice hotel… I am stay in 2 nights in 2017. Very Clean Very Good Food Very Good Staff Missing Her.

Not great food. Not great in any way. And certainly not vaue for money. And forget bout getting a decent meal in any of the restaurants lining this street, the so called "authentic Sri Lankan" food being about the worst.

Good hotel to spend one or two nights only. Outside view is good, rooms are not so good and bathrooms to be renovated.

Good choice to stay having pool with the beach access comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Great hotel to spend a night or weekend, close to the beach, food is generally good and the hotel has direct access to the beach, a large and clean part, there are lots of small and nice restaurants walking distance and more choices a short drive/three wheeler ride away. Close to the airport, great for the night coming to Sri Lanka or the day before leaving.

This hotel is a con hotel run by fraudsters. Avoid at any cost staying in this hotel. The staff is extremely rude and I was denied booking at the reception for which I had already confirmation from MakeMyTrip. Then later they deducted money from my credit card for the check in they had denied the previous night citing no show. Attaching picture of the fraud and corrupt receptionist as well. People like these make a country look bad. Extremely bad experience in Sri Lanka.

Exterior look and feel of the hotel is good. But the rooms, bathroom everything is just average. Management needs to work a lot on the service and maintenance part.

Affordable beachside resort. Both veg and non veg available. Friendly staff. 25 minutes to airport if the traffic is not bad.

Totally disappointed. Manually operated wake up calls, no hot water service, no remote for ac. Will not recommend.

Good beach. Low quality food. Reception is rude.

Good wide and clean rooms near the beach, swimming pool, Wi-Fi with reasonable speed, had dinner and it was good. Only drawback was toilet was not of good standard, shower-closet was rusty and over used, hand towels not provided… And at the end of the stay the flush was not working…

Located just opposite to the Beach along a long list of resorts. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good ambience. Food could be better though.

Not top. 33 Euros to keep the room 6 hours more because our flight is at 3:00 in the morning…

Very good property with open beech and pool. Rooms are clean and wide. Limited choice of food but delicious.

Grand view of the sea. Good beach — is a part of the hotel. Excellent bar overlooking the beach. Great sunset possibility. Swimming pool.

Meet my expectation, big toom, clean, wide bed, proper bathroom. It even equipped with safe deposit box. The food are better compared to other 4 star hotels. Clean swimming pools both for kids and adults. Clean beach too.

Worst hotel ever. Bad rooms bad food and worst of them all bad service. Even the beach is filled with trash. This whole place is a garbage dump Staff is unhappy too I never had gone to such a horrible place. The reviews that has 5 stars are all fake.
