The reception staff are totally clueless about the Black friday 50%off sale vouchers! Billed us Normal rate and more until we had to argue and make them understand what the promotion is about. Wasted one hour getting a refund as the staff had not been briefed and the systems not in place.

The guests’ washroom had a nasty smell. Managed to smell it despite wearing double masks. Other than that the food and hospitality was amazing.

Thank you for making my government mandated quarantine feel like a relaxing holiday. Tasty and thoughtfully prepared meals giving consideration to my allergies and health restrictions. Ever friendly, polite, courteous and helpful front office and room service staff. Even when I don’t request I get a call and am asked if anything is needed / changed.
They made me feel safe: even though the staff were also living in the premises they wore full protection gear to come knock on the door and deliver food, toiletries and other essentials I needed. A big thank you to the SL army for their diligent services and their courteousness in treating us with respect and not like aliens who are trying to invade the country with a disastrous disease. — hier: Jetwing Blue.

For the price you pay, this place is excellent. The rooms were new and clean and the staff are polite and friendly. This is a self service hotel but the staff are flexible where service assistance is required. Parking is available. Breakfast is decent but places to eat are available close by.

Budget hotel which is conveniently located. Has good parking space as well. The rooms are good but has only the basic amenities as it's a budget hotel. Sea view rooms have a big balcony too.

Good place for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the airport and prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Inside could use a bit of new stuff but outside is nice. Small swimming pool but good to cool down.

Good hotel right on the beach. Directly opposite a good array of shops. We only stayed one night so couldn't sample all of the facilities. Great touch with a food platter delivered to the room. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent with attentive staff and good choice of food options. They catered very well for food allergy options. Would certainly stay again.

A great exit point following our three week self drive visit to Sri Lanka. The upgraded room was greatly appreciated, with a door directly out to the pool and the beach beyond. The pool was spectacular. Meals didn't disappoint either, we had lunch in the bar and breakfast and dinner in the vast "Kitchen" buffet. Having a 1.10am flight back to Singaspore, we were able to pay for a 10pm checkout, which is the reason we changed our booking from a far more expensive 5 star Colombo hotel, which could not deliver the same level of service.

Very nice budget hotel. Very basic room and facilities. Perfect for a day trip. Right next to the beach and has beach access which makes it easy. Secure parking overnight as well.

Great staff, very helpfull. The room was decent, smelled funky but not so bad. It had an ac and everything. The food was really good also. All in all, slightly on the expensive side, but I still recommend it.

Good conditions, excellent sea view and short walking distance for the access of almost anything. Recommended.

Basic hotel, with simple but clean rooms and very friendly staff. Nice pool side area, right on the beach, with good quality deckchairs and towels provided. Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, fresh fruit, tea/coffee) but good quality. Good location with many nearby restaurants and services.

Good hotel, considering the parent company that owns it. Nicely designed interiors and a "casual" concept. Drinks and cocktails are very nicely priced. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Big enough pool and access to the beach.

4 stars for the great service and complaint processing:-) our hotel manager accepted our complaint and took care of us. The rooms with sea views are a lot better than the others and compared to other hotels the price is right – performance ratio. However, you should not stay longer than 2 nights…

For a budget hotel, I had a really nice chilled out time here. No disturbances. And a short walk away from a lot of food and pub options…

Love the place… feels like home. Great food and drinks; a place to relax as well as have some fun. What stands out the most is the excellent hospitality and the feeling of being welcomed. Hats off to the staff who do everything within their power to make the stay memorable.

The best description would be "Value for money"

Had my wedding during mid of June 2017 and everything was arranged so perfectly. We did not have to run in to any last minute issues on the day of the event as Dasuni from Banquet reservations has taken care of all aspects. The Grand Ball Room arrangements looked glamorous and staff were super supportive. (I moved the Champagne Fountain few times and played videos multiple times). Moreover I was not charged for several extra plates and they allowed me to entertain the guests for extra 1 and half hours in the grand ball room. Overall, its super duper experience and wonderful stay at the Suite that was given for FOC. Big Thank you to entire Jetwing Blue Team and we wish you all the very best! Ganindu & Umeshika.

Real value for money. Nice breakfast. Spacious & clean rooms. What's more to expect? I think they should have more Hotel J's all around the country!

Nice hotel near the not so nice beach of Negombo. The food is nice and they have an excellent service. They even brought beer to the rooftop sky bar while it was closed (they opened it just for us).

As close to the beach as one can get in Negombo. Nice small place managed by Jetwing. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and cosy. Small pool but what you need to beat the heat. Very limited selection of food on the menu but famous restaurants are just 1 min walk away.
