Fantastic. The rooms are big and comfortable. AC is powerful. No hot water but I haven’t seen hot water anywhere in Sri Lanka yet. Owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. There’s a large patio area with a view of the water. There is a bar out back that can be loud, but your room comes with ear plugs. The included breakfast was absolutely enormous and delicious (I really recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast over the western). Highly recommended.
Cheap in cost, extraordinary in hospitality.

We ended up staying here for 5 nights because we were super impressed! The rooms are big, clean and beautiful and there is a big deck to hang out on with a view of the ocean. Beach is about a 13 second walk. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working in our room and they fixed it immediately which is always appreciated. Above all, the free breakfast was amazing! The food just kept coming, including a big pot of coffee and fresh juice. The family that runs this place is so sweet and genuine, I highly recommend it if you’re on a budget.
