Definitely one of the BEST hotels in Sri Lanka both service and property wise. Loving the value proposition and the GM/Team Lead (Farrel Blom) and Staff are beyond great at what they do. Kudos to the team! Looking forward to more.

We had a very nice stay @ hotel J. Very good staff who were attentive to all our needs. The beach was very nice with some huge rocks at one side, on to which you can climb and have a relaxing time looking at the horizon :) Not much varieties in the menu, but the food was good and reasonably priced. A month before our stay, the hotel's management has been changed to Jetwings with that hotel Juce is now Hotel J.

Right next to the beach! And their funky room lights n room deor were something new and fun to experience! My stay was made definitely better by their hospitality! Would love to visit them again sometime :)

1 km from the small town of Ambalagda. The hotel is nice, but if there are not enough places and you will get to the hostel number (and this happened even when ordering the standard) … This is very different from everything else — it's dirty (no! Very dirty! ) and no conditioner. Bunk beds are one meter apart. And dirty fans above the face … Brrr … Bar — restaurant works in the building. On the territory of the bar is empty. But the territory is small, so you can walk. 5 ***** over the coast and view from the room with ocean view!

Clean pool and beach was there. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory. But they not maitained them properly.

They charged almost double like menu prices and didn't deliver what we requested. Horrible service and didn't even issue a proper printed invoice, Manager him self issued a piece of A4 paper as an invoice with paid seal. Restaurant staff and manager cheated with prices and tried to issue that piece of paper as an invoice.

It was a disastrous experience due to a number of reasons. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Food was unusually expensive, and there was no quantity, absolutely no quality. I got a fried rice, it just had a sprinkle of carrot shreds and exactly 4 chunks of papaya for a fruit salad as dessert. And to top it all, the manger refused to issue a printed receipt/bill, and handed a hand written bill instead. It’s an awful place to go to with your friends or loved ones. Would not recommend this place at all.

Excellent hotel, excellent prices, very bad management: 1. I paid through Agoda and at the end of my stay there they asked for money from me again saying that Agoda hasnt sent them a paid receipt yet. 2. They started putting stinky manure right next to the restaurant and pool area in the morning when guests are trying to have a pleasant breakfast. 3. All the items promised such as the jbl stereo are not there in the rooms. 4. Rooms haven't been maintained and paint is peeling off.

The hotel is in a small village Ambalangoda, very beautiful scenery and nature! The location is Stilnenkij. The service in the hotel is not intrusive, and sometimes absent. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. At breakfast there are always flies. Rooms can only be taken with a view of the sea, the downside goes to a very noisy road. To eat, except for Denis (local, at it in the next section of a mini café) is not good where! The hotel would visit again for the sake of nature, but because of its staff-no!

Probably for Sri Lanka it is a solid threesome, and maybe a four.

All would be nothing, but I was put dorm room. The room is dirty, five jarustnyh beds. There is no air conditioning, towels, shower accessories. Don't clean it at all. The hotel is on the first line, only a huge plus. Nearby there is a café LA Karumba seems to be a great lunch, Ayurveda and mini excursions, recommend a café.

The location is moderately isolated so it is a good get away. The beach is beautiful! The hotel's food is some of the best I've had outside of Colombo. I should give the pizza they make credit of its own because it was by far one of the best I've ever had. The rooms aren't as clean as they could be but the room service is helpful and very open to criticism and will do what they can to improve the experience.

For Sri Lankan standards very modern and good. For European standards modern and inovative too. But the rooms and stairs are not clean.

The bathroom was mildly flooded, room floors were therefore also wet. However everything outside the rooms itself was pretty good. The pool was nice.

We just stepped into have some tea but they were unable to provide any of the items that were on the menu. They had mentioned that they will serve chocolate cake or sri lankan pancakes along with tea, eventhough they couldn't provide us any food they charged the full amount for some simple tea. anyways the cleanliness of the hotel should be complimented.

We occupied three rooms for two weeks. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The restaurant was truly first class. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help and assist. The treatments were very good too. What a great weekend. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank-you so much.
