Amaizing location with stunning view of gregory lake. Rooms are convenient, clean and equipped with a spacious private balcony, attached bath room, free Wi-Fi access to the room. Hotel garden also well maintained. Very delicious foods and great service. Thank you very much for excellent hospitality of the GM and other staff members. Keep up your great service. Highly recommended.
We were welcomed by the GM at the entrance of the hotel to a large lobby area decorated with paintings and antiques. During the period check-in procedures took place the butler gave us warm towels and served us ginger tea with cookies. While enjoying the refreshing drink and snacks we enjoyed the panoramic view from the lobby. Our baggage was taken to the room by the butler who was very friendly. He acquainted us the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and very cozy with all the necessary amenities. The balcony chairs were overlooking lake gregory which was spectacular at sundown, night and sunrise. The room's large glass windows gave a full view even from the bed. The beddings were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel's restaurant served exquisite food. The dinner was delicous and the English breakfast served had an array of food. The ground floor lounge is roomy and it had large bay windows with the view of lake gregory and has access to their beautifully kept garden. The lounge had a leisure area with a billiard table. Gregory lake's entrace is only 1 minute walk from the hotel which was a nice morning lap around the lake with a scenic view. The bulter and GM was friendly and attentive to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our stay was relaxing thanks to the hospitality of the staff.

Reception and friendliness is very low. Really disappointed with that and left the place. Villa looks neat and beautiful. But phone answering guy was too rough and rude. So simply hate the place. Better find a nice place with nice team.
