Amazing location next to a nice beach — terrible dirty rooms which haven't been maintained or cleaned. We found mold and cockroaches in both our rooms. We found another hotel with clean rooms.

Terrible, just terrible. The only nice thing to say about this place is that it's right next to the sea/beach. But from there it's just downhill. The bad thing: dirty rooms, mold, cockroaches, ants walking along the walls. The place is just generally in really poor condition, it looks like there have been done no maintenance for a long time, DON'T fall for the pictures. (But the worst thing must be the owner who wouldn't take criticism when confronted with it. )
