It's less than it looks in the pictures. And they don't put towels, which they should warn on the web. But it's fine and the atmosphere is nice.

Just. Cozy. All you need to sleep here is. The towel is worth 2. You can meet travelers from other countries. Shared kitchen and shower with toilet. One TV. All class.

I made a mistake at the time of booking and when I tried to get in touch with the staff via email and phone no one got back to me except on the day of my check-in thus making it impossible to change my booking (2nights instead of 3) and I overlooked the non-refundable policy. Was overpriced, definitely.

Very central place, ideal for short stops, where you can get lost, through the streets of downtown Valencia. Meets!

Not a huge fan of the hostel. The toilet and shower were in our room and not closed off with a door. There are more pleasant things than waking up to the sound of your friend going to the toilet. The room was also dark, smelly and hard to heat up. The receptionist is super friendly and accommodating. And the location is great. I wouldn't come back here again.

Careful with everything! Taking the room card, we had to sleep on the floor! The doors are blocked "alone" and there is no reception service or emergency phone if anything happens, very disappointed, lousy customer treatment. The rooms are not at all bad but still and so it gets cold, quite noisy by being at the location where it is, your room card may open more than one door, not just yours. We required claim sheets and they gave us a photocopy after a while, I contacted the police to see what role they had given me and had no claims sheets. Save your €40 and don't book. Yes, they have a good piece of paper where they read. If you value me with 5 stars you get a caramel. Unfortunate.

Excellent location and very good value for money. The hostel is very clean and our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful people working on the reception who gave us many recommendations for the city.

Super nice hotel in the middle of the old town, El Carmen.

It's small, but comfortable. There's a shared bathroom with separate showers and a single bathroom with shower. I'd suggest then to get new mattresses, springs are poking in your back. Very noisy from the adjacent street. But for the price acceptable!

Unfortunately was not a good experience. The hostel is very cold, without any heaters, (Maaan, it's January! ) so to get a shower you have to freez (I got a very bad cold 'cause of this)! The room wasn't clean very well and you have to slam the door to close it! The position was perfect in the city centre, but because of this it was very difficult to sleep. Crazy mess from the street, people walking and shuting all the time at every hours of the night. No one is in the hostel, so if you need something you have to call or to wait someone. I'll not come again.

Very good place to stay. Good room with kettle, nice comfortable bed, good shared bathroom anf kitchen and very nice staff.

Good looking place with nice service although no heating in november (as normaly in Spain), so you wake up fresh, but struggle to get to shower. Location is perfect, small streetin old town, close to everything!

The hostel is an incanto. Especially the reception that is always available. The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen is perfect for people who want to use it for non always eat on the street. Always clean and there is nothing. The site where the hostel is very central and is at the center of all the monuments more important of Valencia.

Cheap and central. Has No rooms with bath. Only shared bathroom.

Too sterile, lacks of decoration and furniture, at least in the triple room in the q I was (behind reception). Removing the kitchen does not have common areas. The girl that attended although it was very friendly, spoke no Spanish, only English, which for some guests, perhaps this could be a problem.

Staff was so welcoming and the hostel was peaceful, beautiful, affordable and in a perfect location. Truly recommending!

Great location and service! Its a five star hotel at a 1 star hotel price!
